Conveniently located within walking distance (approx 500 m) from boat pier to Akdamar Island. Room was clean, shower spacious and enclosed (no water all over the floor like in some hotels in Türkiye). Restaurant was fairly priced and decent considering there is no other option nearby. Good variety at breakfast - a bit of fresh fruit was welcome.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. The overall service and hospitality were excellent, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and had all the amenities as advertised. The lounge bar seemed a good scene for socializing but didn't impact the rooms. And the breakfast was outstanding!... crafted with care. Thank you!
