The view was insane - the perfect spot to watch the sunset and the sunrise in the mountains! The hospitality and friendliness of the host was exceptional. It was easy and fun to chat with them. Likewise the meals were wonderfully sized for a starving hiker (and very tasty as well).

The property is so beautiful and the grounds are stunning. The staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay here was nothing short of perfect, largely thanks to our incredible host. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by their warmth and genuine hospitality. A few things that made our trip truly unforgettable: Above and Beyond Hospitality: Not only were they incredibly friendly and welcoming, but they actually gave us a free ride, which saved us so much hassle and made us feel right at home. Expert Local Knowledge: They provided us with some crucial, insider hike information that we couldn't find online. Because of their tips, we had a safe, breathtaking, and seamless trekking experience. Perfect Accommodations: The space itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. If you are planning a trip to this area, do yourself a favor and book this place immediately. You aren't just getting a great room; you're getting an amazing local guide and a wonderful human being as a host. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay! She greeted us with a smile and a fresh cucumber from her garden. The views are absolutely stunning and such a great place to sit at in the evening. Dinner and breakfast are some of the best in Albania and beyond filling. Definitely the best bread in the country! She is so hospitable and although she can’t speak English, communication is no problem. The sheep on the property are so fun to watch too. This is one of our favorite stays in Albania!

Everything was fantastic, it exceeded our expectations! What you see posted here you will see it for real! Such a cozy environment outside and inside. We had booked a family room for 2 nights and they were so kind to upgrade us to 2 other rooms because of some construction work they were doing. The rooms are modern, fully equipped with everything you need, with smart tv and a jacuzzi. The food was a 10 out of 10, so delicious! Prices very reasonable! They also have a play area where my daughter enjoyed playing, beautiful garden with flowers and fruits. The staff was really kind and friendly. The river is less than 10 min walk, you can go for a dive. The views breathtaking!

The property and the site is amazing. The view is absolutely breathtaking. It’s a bit outside of Valbona center, but it’s worth the detour because it is very calm, you feel in a mountain paradise. The food was great, the host and the staff are super friendly and attentive to all our needs. I definitely recommend it!

Great guesthouse along the Peaks of the Balkans Trail. Amazing food (accommodating to gluten free) and one of the best breakfasts we had. Group meals were fun to meet fellow travelers. Nice room and facilities.

Wonderful location only a little walk from the river for a swim. Comfortable, well appointed furniture both in the rooms and the bar and restaurant. The hotel is new and meticulously built. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful, with most speaking excellent English. We look forward to returning.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Food was reasonable price and big portions.

The staff were friendly and kind. They were responsive and helpful when I had inquiries, and assisted my check in. The dinner was delicious, and filling. The room was cute and cozy, and the view was lovely. They helped me arrange transportation to the trailhead as well the day I checked out.

The breakfast was very delicious, homemade bread, cheese, boiled egg, salad and sweets as well. The woman that manages the guesthouse is very friendly and welcoming, smiling and giving good vibes. The place is very clean and cozy.

Splendid views and confortable beds. The host were all very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. They don't serve dinner, but there is an excellent restaurant at 18-min walk, which was our favorite dinner in Albania. Also don't hesitate to get a drink at Riverside, located 5 min away.

The views were amazing from our room and the host was so generous and helpeful
