Hotel is in a very beautiful location, Room was clean and Staff was so friendly. Value for money. Plenty of parking spaces and a EV charger close to the hotel.

The location is calm and beautiful.

Fantastic location, close to the cross country track, the staff was very helpful and nothing was a problem, gave advice for everything. The appartment was spacious, with great views, all necesarry utensils, clean, the beds were comfy. Dog friendly. Sauna was terrific. Breakfast was delicious.

Very nice, clean accommodation with extremely friendly hosts. The breakfast had wide selection, there is heated ski boot storage and a large, high-quality sauna area. There is a separate lounge area in the house to compensate for the small room, which, however, had a spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains. The Schladming ski slopes are 20 minutes away by car, and there are shops and restaurants closer by.

Hotel Berghof has the authentic local charm and personal care that can only come from a family run business. The hotel itself feels like coming home with how the staff treat you and the comfort of the hotel. The food in the restaurant is local, fresh, very flavorful, and some of the best I've had in Austria (I have been coming multiple times for 10+ years). On top of it all, the proximity to great skiing, hiking, and the Dachstein view is hard to beat. I will definitely be back.

Awesome room, location and facilities. There’s nothing like the cool pool with a view of the massive Dachstein peaks right in front. Heaven! My special compliments to the kindness and helpfulness of the staff and kitchen crew, especially the Bosnian crew who were extraordinarily cheerful, helpful and hardworking.

We had a wonderful stay at this traditional hotel, which serves as the perfect base for outdoor activities. The location is absolutely stunning and offers a sense of tranquility that is rare to find—the silence surrounding the property is truly incredible and deeply relaxing. ​The hosts were excellent, welcoming, and very attentive to every detail. Despite the remote and peaceful setting, the amenities are modern and convenient: the Wi-Fi connection was excellent, and there was plenty of secure parking available. ​Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge in nature while staying connected and comfortable. I would love to return!
