United StatesThe property was very clean and modern! It also had an AC which was great! I also noticed that they had put my initials on the hangar which I thought was a very nice personal touch. Also the host is very responsive on WhatsApp, and made my check in very seamless!
I’m also a big fan of the bathroom because of how modern it was. The bathroom comes with 1 soap and 2 shampoo packets. We had requested 2 more and the host was very responsive and delivered it to us within 10 minutes.
The location great because you are very close to the city center, which has many restaurants and bars.

BrazilI liked everything! It’s a great hotel in a very good location. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The gym is really nice. The breakfast options were exactly like we like it. The restaurant of the hotel is the Fitz Carrald, which is one of the best in Manaus, really worth a visit. And I must not forget to mention the wonderful staff, they are polite, friendly and helpful. We had an amazing experience at this hotel and will for sure stay again if/when we go back to Manaus.

We stayed on 2 separate occasions once before and once after our Amazon excusion, so we had 2 different rooms. Both rooms and private bathrooms were clean. The bed, pillows, and linens were ok. The location is excellent. The host communicates check in and check out instructions proactively and thoroughly. The kitchen is also clean. The WiFi is was great in both room. Our first room had hot water and because it had no windows, the A/C was very effective. Our second room was larger with a desk which was fantastic.

Perfect location to prepare for trip into the jungle, attached to a mall. Spacious rooms, great view, rooftop and amazing breakfast. Also has a restaurant with very good food 👍

Lovely location in the jungle, on Lake Acajatuba on Rio Negro. The lodge was rustic, exactly as advertised, but big and with a comfortable bed. The food was good and plentiful (you can pay for lunch and dinner separately, only breakfast was included in the price). The lodge staff are very nice, but only speak Portuguese (and maybe a little Spanish). There are some English speaking guides there and Frank, who did the tours with us, is great. We enjoyed all the activities/tours and intend to recommend the place to all our friends.

I stayed for 3 nights and there are two things I want to highlight beyond its great location. First, staff was very helpful and nice, big shout out to Bruna and Marcos. It is probably the cleanest hostels I have ever stayed, bathrooms were really cleaned all times I used them during the day.
I paid for breakfast and I would say there were good options for all tastes, including local food.
