Places to Stay in Kurort Oberwiesenthal

Meals were great. The buffet was always tasty. Coffee-cake time or anytime drinks, all good. Rooms were very clean as well.

Very nice hotel, all meals included. However, for lunch and dinner one has to walk to another hotel. Nice breakfast, but bar chairs and tables were uncomfortable. Dinner was very good! Sauna was really nice!

Spa area was nice. That resort is definitely for families. As I was there by myself, I was surrounded with families with noisy children, but that is allright. Resort is really well organized, signs with directions help a lot. Building blocks names funny, mine was Schneke.

The hotel was super clean. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and calming. People were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

The location is superb; you can put on your skis and ski right to the cable car from the entrance.

The host was extremely welcoming, friendly and uncomplicated! Location is great (walking distance to the skiing lifts), the place is super comfortable and very affordable. Suitable for both, families with kids (they have many books and games), but also for a group of friends as we were. Would definitely recommend!
