United StatesStaff were nice, friendly and accommodating. Views from windows and patio were gorgeous! Breakfast included was good and fresh with different options daily for meat and eggs. Had fridge with beer and soft drinks that guest could take and pay for when checking out. Location was perfect in front of lake Hintersee, facing a mountain and inside Berchtesgaden National Park. Gorgeous scenery!

LithuaniaThe location is excellent. Walking paths start on the other side of the road in front of the house. Several restaurants nearby. Great views and the sound of the river flowing. The staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and communicative, caring. The very fun and friendly atmosphere of the house gave us the opportunity to chat with other guests and share the impressions of the day and to socialize.
Breakfast - just perfect! you can have coffee all day long without any aditional fees.
They have sauna, so I imagine in winter it fees like in fairytale.

AustraliaOur stay at AlpinaRos was lovely, such an amazing view from outside the room and breakfast area.
The staff were incredible. We didn't realise the room didn't have a fridge but we were able to keep our small cold goods at the front desk fridge.
The breakfast was superb, best breakfast we had during our one month holiday in Europe.
Parking was great for our rental car, and short walk to the main area of town.
The view was just sublime. Room was comfy, slight dated but totally fine.
Really welcoming staff and we appreciate the high level of kindness and support.

The location is simply wonderful; with deers and fireflies in the meadow below our balcony, it felt like paradise. There is a great view on the mountains. Our room was neat and clean, and having the kitchen outside of the room was not a problem. The host was very nice and we would love to come back another time, partly to cuddle more with the cat ;)

The views from the room are simply awe inspiring. The staff with their warm smiles and friendly nature went out of their way to exceed our expectations. The dining options, though limited were prepared with great care and tasted lovely. The cakes made by them were especially delicious.
Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay even for extended periods of time.

It was very nice and clean, staff were very helpful and friendly!
The breakfast was great and you get a ticket for buses for free.
The location was excellent right in the middle between Hintersee and Königsee also very close to Salzburg by car or bus.

Excellent location with incredible views. The rooms were very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, super accommodating, and made the best breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are looking forward to returning in the future at some point. Come for the views and enjoy the morning breakfast.

Cozy design with attention to the details. The location is very comfortable for travelers by car. You can park infrinf of the house.The breaskfast is great. You have a lot of choices.
We spent a very quiet night with a terrific view from our balcony. Check in went smonthly although we came late.
The staff is very friendly and helpful with information.

Beautiful and quiet location, simple and homely atmosphere. Hosts were very helpful. They waited for us without any problems despite our late arrival (standing on the highway for 3 hours due to an accident).

For the price we paid I was satisfied with what I got. Friendly people, and although we arrived on Christmas Eve, the staff seemed very approachable and happy to share all needed information. Breakfast was of limited selection but OK for the price. We got upgraded to a room with a shared balcony, which had seating and a pretty great view of the mountains and river. Location was in the middle of the park which was great to get the most out of the day.
