The location is great, the van drivers that shuttle you to the lifts were excellent and helpful the front desk staff was super nice, the rooms were a good value

A comfortable stopover in Formigal. Very friendly staff at reception gave us clear instructions. Room as described with comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. A variety selection at the lobby bar.

Great location , staff very friendly. I totally recommend. We have a great stay.

The bedroom was big and the views were stunning. The breakfast was quite complete. What I liked the most was the customer service. I came with my parents and we felt very welcome. The staff were really helpful and professional. I usually travel for work, and I really appreciate when the staff treat customers well. Big kudos to an employee with a tattoo on his left arm (I think his name was Arturo); he provided excellent customer service with his kindness and professionalism. We will recommend the hotel to our friends and family.

The location was good, and in general, the apartment was ok.

The location (Formigal) is good for exploring the region. The apartment is like a little home away from home, feels nice and cozy with everything you require during your stay. The host is responsive and the communication was good. The kitchen is well equipped. The big screen TV in the living room is perfect for an evening after exploring the mountains. Parking is right outside the building.
