brilliant hotel and everything was done perfectly, the staff were great, the food and drinks were reasonably priced, it was spotlessly clean and the pool area was excellent too

Great location, close to beach & airport, almost obnoxiously clean. Staff is exceptional. The included breakfast & dinner is unique in that most hotels never offer a dinner buffet.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always there to give recommendations or cal a taxi. We got a room for four people and it was huge with two separate rooms. I chose this hotel because it was one of the cheapest during opening weekend and it ended up being one of the nicest out of myself and my other friends who paid more for different hotels.

Loved the element of choice. The food, entertainment sports and keep fit activities. The resort was enormous so no real need to go anywhere else.

Great location and kind employees! The complementary shower was a nice touch as well.

Large room with balcony and kitchenette, bed was very comfortable and the staff were amazing! Shout out to Samira (spelling?) the hostess at the front desk for taking such good care of us from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to ensure we had a good time and had everything we needed. Location was also great, center of Playa d en bossa beach, walking distance to all the main beach clubs and restaurants on the strip. Absolutely amazing view from our balcony overlooking the pool and beach which was literally steps from the hotel.

I recently stayed at Ama in Ibiza and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, during my visit, I encountered a distressing incident at a nearby restaurant that resulted in a visit to the hospital. When I informed the hotel staff about what had happened, they were incredibly sympathetic and supportive. The manager and the entire team, including receptionists, bartenders, and cleaners, treated me with such kindness and care that I felt like I was among family, not just hotel staff. They offered me a late check-out at no extra charge and consistently checked in on my well-being, which I deeply appreciated. Beyond the exceptional service, I was impressed by the hotel’s central and safe location, its fantastic facilities, and the easy access to the beach. The bar’s vibrant atmosphere, music, and food added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a memorable stay in Ibiza

Excellent hotel, very clean, comfortable, and with exactly the amenities needed for a great stay in Ibiza. The pool is spotless and refreshing, a nice break from the busy town surrounding it. The location is impeccable, just down the street from some of the best nightclubs in Ibiza.

Had the best time at Ibiza Sun Apartments. All the staff were exceptional, huge shoutout to Sergio & Ricardo who took very good care of us. The room was outstanding and very clean. The balcony was also massive. Would definitely recommend this property if visiting Ibiza - Will be staying here again for a future trip.
