The staff is incredibly friendly and food was amazing. Everyone we encountered was happy to work there and very kind. We were surprised by the high quality food since it’s all inclusive- would love to go back!

Easy walking distance to the beach. All the complaints about the loud Irish bars…it’s not that loud. Myself with my 5&7yr old had no problem sleeping and Our room was facing the bars. Alejandro at reception was very pleasant.

Very good diversity of foods and drinks in all-inclusive that can satisfy any taste. loved ice cream machine at nights. Dinners were much better than lunch in general. Wide variety of salads and desserts. Balacony with amazing view of mountain and sea. Unbeatable price (with booking.com genius level 2 discount became very good deal), Jacuzzi, ping pong, Friendly and helpful reception. Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 Lunch 13:00 to 15:00 Dinner 18:30 to 21:45 Between those times also there was snack. So if you want to wake up late can survive with snack that includes tortilla, egg, sausages, beans as breakfast. The hotel offers a free shuttle service daily to playa del ingles and maspalmos. We never used it because the distance was 10 min by walking.

WOW! This apartment is an absolute gem!! Even before we stepped foot in the apartment Adrián made us feel welcomed. There were several questions he needed answers too before we checked in. Once I answered those questions he sent us a very detailed explanation on how to enter the apartment. It was a very easy process. The inside of the apartment is brand new, beautifully designed and has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is great and there is a beautiful view. There was a water and 2 cold beers waiting for us upon arrival. There was also a little snack in the refrigerator. Really enjoyed hanging out by the pool. Super spacious apartment with great location

The appartment is well located in Playa del Ingles, 2 minutes away from Yumbo center. Is fully equiped, you can find everithing, from shower gel, shampoon, sun lotion, aftersun, cleaning products, kitchen stuff. The property is equiped with AC in both rooms, living and badroom. For July - August period was perfect from the AC perspective. The appartment was very clean and was absolutly perfect for a couple. From parking perspective we were able to find a free parking spot inside the parking area every day.

Excellent hosts! It was very easy to arrange check-in and arrival time with the host. We could keep our luggages until the cleaning was done and then we could check in slightly early which was super nice. The place itself is super clean and great facilities. It is right next to Yumbo but also quiet and relaxing. Recommend 100%!
