Very comfortable hotel room, quiet and ideal for a transit stay on the way north to home. Everything was great.

The staff was incredible amicable and understanding. They were very helpful, professional and warming.

Undergoing exterior construction in April 2025. Check in was at the temporary trailer in front of the hotel. Dusty, rooms feel worn. I hope they renovate those spaces next. Great coffee shop

The place was easy to book and fairly easy to access. I had not issues with my room access though my students were somehow unable to get into their 4 bedroom apartment. No worries, we called and the guy came over to fix everything. The places were good value for the price and the location in the small town are was quite convenient for our visit. They invoiced for our business trip correctly and efficiently.

I had a fantastic stay at Polotel Hotel in Valladolid. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable. What truly made the experience special was the warm and welcoming staff — especially the Moroccan team. Every one of them was kind, helpful, and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. If you’re visiting Valladolid and want a peaceful, friendly place to stay, I highly recommend Polotel. I like a the rooms distribution

The room was very comfortable, stylish and with ample space.

The room looks clean, smells clean and big, the staff are friendly. The bed is firm and comfortable, ideal for my bad back. Food in the restaurant are good, we had excellent ribeye. Fish with prawns tastes good too. We feel really rested, it's a shame we only stayed 1 night as it was just for a stop over on a long roadtrip, we didn't get the chance to use the spa. We would definitely go back.

The USA Team competing in the touchtennis World Championships were extremely happy with the apartment. Being very to literally everything made the trip special. I am recommending that the team stay there every year!!!

An amazing location and excellent amenities. I got the Santiago 11 apartment and it had two bathrooms, complete kitchen, terrace, living room and two double rooms. You're a couple blocks away from Plaza de Zorilla, which is very central. Overall amazing apartment.

-location is right at the plaza mayor but not noisy at all. Easy to find -room is very clean , spotless -kitchen equipment is complete -the bed is comfy -great communication with the staff.

Beautiful room in the heart of the city, right off the Plaza Mayor. Many great restaurants just a few feet away. Fast WiFi. Easy check in process. Lots of treats awaiting us. Large clean bathroom. Comfortable bed with sky lights above.

It was clean and didn’t even realized when I booked how close I was able to be to the main Plaza which I had partial view to it. It was super convenient, efficient, clean and spacious
