Good location and clean comfortable room

Clean and comfortable for a one-night stay during the Pilgrim’s walk. One of the few places offering a private room with a private bathroom at the time, which I appreciated. Overall, it met my basic needs, though I personally felt the price was high for the condition and quality of the accommodation.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise, especially because of its beautiful character and location right next to the plaza. One of the first things that stood out was the staircase—elegantly decorated with artistic details that gave the entire space a warm, inviting feel. It felt more like staying in a thoughtfully designed boutique space than a typical hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Being steps away from the plaza made it easy to enjoy the atmosphere, walk to nearby cafés, and explore the area without needing transportation. Despite being so central, the hotel still felt peaceful and relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained, with attention to detail throughout. Everything felt fresh and well cared for. The overall décor of the hotel, especially the common areas, added to the charm and made the stay feel special. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and making sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-located place with a unique and stylish touch.

The building is very beautiful and historic. The staff is friendly and professional. I had a room with a small whirlpool bathtub- a nice surprise. I didn’t eat breakfast there so I can’t comment on that.

Alfonso is the best in the hotel

Everything! Great location within the old town. Hotel is very well maintained, clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. Victor at the front desk ensured we got a wheelchair accessible room for my dad, gave us good tips of places to visit, and a great restaurant nearby. Overall amazing experience! Thank you!

Good room, very comfortable, and had a refrigerator…a huge bonus!

Located close to the city walls, within a few minutes of Plaza Mayor. Good room with a small desk, bathroom with natural light. Effective air conditioning. An empty lot is dedicated to parking by hotel guests. Bar and restaurant around the corner provides breakfast and dinner. Working WiFi.

I liked everything about this place, especially the price.

Excellent staff who were very attentive. I decided to stay a second night and they made it possible. Great location. I really enjoyed this place and I would stay here again!

Great location and convenient parking (paid but not expensive) - close to the old town and its many attractions and restaurants. We booked last minute arriving past 20:00 and appreciated the ability to do so. We slept with the windows open and did hear the sounds of the town but that is to be expected when staying in a city and for us it did not detract from the experience but rather enhanced it. The price/value is exceptional based on location and availability of nearby parking. Highly recommend it if you don’t need luxuries but appreciate quality. Great hosts and all necessities included.
