The staff at reception (Giovani) was extremely helpful. He speaks fluent French, Spanish and English and helped us to find a 'mobile mechanic' for our car. Location of Hotel is on busy road around the corner from the station, but noise level was less then expected. The city centre and cathedral are about 10 minutes walk. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. We will certainly return.

Pascal was very welcoming to Castel Fleuri, testing my kids on their conversational French and informing us about what to do in the area. He was very jolly and caring, clearly taking pride in and enjoying what he does. The location was exceptional, very close to the city centre. Clean, organised and very good value.

Typical Ibis, room a bit on the small size, spartan but clean and ok. Bed was very confortable (as in most Ibis). Location was ok, not far away from city centre (maybe 1.5km walk). Parking was easy. Price was very competitive.

Excellent location - easy walk in to the city centre. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The young lady on reception who booked us was very informative as to where we could find restaurants and landmarks within the city. We enjoyed a superb Lebanese meal - our first ever!
