Good location a few minutes from Terminal 5, Nice staffs excellence check-in policy, very comfortable, worth for payment.

The staff was beyond kind and professional… from checking in to restaurant staff to the simple good mou from housekeeping.

It’s such a beautiful Family oriented hotel. I enjoyed our stay the breakfast was the best part . We enjoyed our stay without any issue. They were so kind and even offered kids pizza on Thursday . Lovely staff at the Kitchen market section too.

The one bedroom chalet was spacious, comfortable and the bed was super comfy, even came with a tiny garden section with chairs too. The staff were amazing too!

This house was the perfect last night stay before we departed from Heathrow the next morning. With a washer and dryer I was even able to do laundry before we left. The house was a perfect size for us and there was a convenience store and restaurants across the street. We didn't arrive early enough to go into London, but I had done research ahead of time, and it would have been easy to get to downtown London if we had been able to. The next morning it was a quick half hour to get gas into our rental car, drop it off, and get to the main airport.

The host was exceptional in our interactions and helping with an issue I had before arrival. The property was exceptional throughout. The accommodation has had a lot of thought and consideration put into it and finished to a high standard. The host has additionally put a lot of effort and thought into how to make the guests feel comfortable and welcomed. This stay exceeded every expectation surpassing even best case hopes.
