Excellent location with free parking available on the premises. I also noticed the option for electric vehicle charging. The accommodation is close to both the nightlife area and the shopping district. Although it's on a main road, the rooms are quiet, spacious, and clean—very comfortable for working as well. They are equipped with a small kitchenette, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Breakfast is good and varied, with excellent yogurt. I found the balcony with a table and chairs very convenient for working in the cool evening air.

Hotel looks like a small Greek village ) All was very good! They have parking, the host is very welcoming . We had mistake in a booking (made by us while booking) but they offered room upgrade free of charge . Thanks a lot we enjoyed our stay! Breakfast is magnificent .

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The living room is spacious and blends perfectly with the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed, including an oven, a regular toaster, and even a sandwich toaster. There are two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, perfect for two people. The terrace is absolutely beautiful, providing shade in the morning and evening. We truly enjoyed spending time there, having breakfast and dinner outdoors. The apartment has everything we needed, and the washing machine was a great convenience for us. Located in a quiet area of the town, the peaceful atmosphere allowed us to relax fully and enjoy our vacation. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful, always available to assist but never intrusive. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with excellent hosts!

Perfect location in Agria, close to taverns, bakery, and grocery store. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The host was very kind and gave us excellent tips for our stay. We’d definitely return with our family!

Spaceous and comfortable apartment, well equipped, regarding kitchen and home appliances like kettle, toaster, dishes, oven, straws, salt, sugar etc. Beautiful sea view

The location is very good, close to the seaside, one street away to all the restaurants. 10 minutes drive to Volos city center and close to all the beaches rather than Volos if you are on a sea oriented vacation. It is veru clean and Sofia is a great host. The property has a huge terrace if you would love to enjoy.

The apartment was very comfortable, it was clean (sufficient towels and linen)and the kitchen vas fully equipped. The neighborhood was quite and in a walking distance from the beaches and restaurants
