Location is great, walking distance to very good restaurants and the lighthouse. If you are lucky you can find a parking space around. Staff was very helpful, room was clean, haven't had breakfast but it looked okay. There is a coffee machine running 24/7, which i really appreciate.

It is very clean as the owner family in the lower apartment takes care of it. Recommended especially for Turkish/muslim visitors as the toilet is suitable. In adition to a queen bed in the main bedroom, there are three single beds in the second bedroom, and two sofabeds in the living area. A total of 7 people can stay but there is only one toilet!

Very good location, in the city center, close to many shops, taverns etc. Our room was large and quiet (at least when we stayed there). For those who need it, the room also has a kitchenette and a refrigerator.

The house was very clean and landlord Mania was very kind and very helpful. She was at the property when we arrived and explained the house in detail. There was everything in the house whatever you need. If you travel by car or any other vehicle you won't have any problem with the location. It is near to city center, restaurants and shops. I will definitely stay again on my next trip. The house made us feel where are at home. Thanks to Mania for providing such a good service.

The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is awesome, right in the city Center. The host was absolutely fantastic. The location of the hotel is good. Just 2 km to the city center. On the other hand it’s around 10 kö to the nice beach clubs of course you are able to go yo the beach just by crossing the street. Breakfast is average. Staff and management are very helpfull and smiling people. We had a family room which was big enough for us👍🏽. Room was clean and the beds were good enough to sleep. Aircondions works perfectly👌🏽.

House location is so near the city center, you can easily walk to reach everything. Landlord always support you via message and quick respond. House is comfortable for 4 person with 2 beds. If i make a plan to vlslt Alexandrapouli, i’ll choose same house again and you don’t hesisate to book this nice flat.

The location of the Apartment is very good. You can go to city center by walking in 8-10 minutes. You can find parking area easily. Also you can feel the local life of the city. Gianni the owner of the place is a very nice person. He has good surprise everyday for you fruit, drink and good advices. You can prepair yourself breakfast you can find everything in the kitchen

First of all the apartment is very clean, everything is very well thought with very good complimentary items and snacks. Keep in mind that, Location is not in the city center it takes 7 mins by car, which is also another positive for me, as the place is quite and peaceful. Price is very well deserved. The property is located right in the city center, so if you are traveling as a tourist, it's a great location. The owner also let us use parking that is only 2-3 minutes from the property for free, which was also great. He was very attentive and the communication was easy and smooth.

The location was great, right in the city center, very close to every attraction and nice taverns. The rooms were heated by the AC. I thought it wouldn't be enough, but we didn't have any problems with heat. We stayed there with my husband and our 3-year-old son. If we go to Alexandroupoli again, I would stay here again.

As we have visited Dedeağaç/Alexandroupoli a couple of times from Turkish border (İpsala) it is the very first summer hot-spot location on our visit list. Therefore the location of this apartment was excellent, as it was both close to city center by walk 5 - 10min and also to beach and park area. Also it was relatively new building with new facilities.
