Amazing villa in a very relaxed location with very friendly hosts. The beach is walking distance from the appartment and it is surrounded by nature. The villa is fully furnished with all what you need to cook, including oven and Nespresso coffee machine, private parking spot, air conditioning on every room, nice big shower. All floor and walls of the bathroom on marmor or similar, very confortable and private backyard and even a BBQ corner

The accommodation was very good with 3 great bedrooms, lovely kitchen and lounge area with air-conditioning in all (which you need in this hot weather). The hosts were very welcoming and kind (they helped us with beach towels). The location was good and close to all the places we wanted to visit (by car). For those interested, the best beaches we found with good sand were Tsambika and Lindos. Overall a good relaxing holiday at a great spot.

I can’t even explain how perfect this stay was. The property is absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. It’s a classic white and blue traditional Greek home, beautifully updated with modern appliances, fixtures, interior finishes and air conditioning. The outdoor pool is not only picturesque but ideal for relaxing, and the separate guest house was perfect for our group, giving us some privacy while still being together in one place. The Airbnb layout was amazing, with three bathrooms and essentially four sleeping areas: the en-suite primary bedroom, a cozy loft with a double bed, a comfortable double sofa bed and the guest suite. We were provided with towels for the bathroom, the pool and even for the beach. Outside, there were loungers, a hammock, sofas and a lovely dining area where we enjoyed group meals. The sun hits the pool all day (perfect for sun-lovers), but if you prefer shade, there are trees, movable umbrellas and an awning for comfort during peak hours. There were also inflatables, games, a beach umbrella and more provided , every detail was considered. The house was spotless and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Quiet hours in the afternoon (2–5 pm, as is typical in Greece) made for the most peaceful siestas or the perfect time to head to the nearby beaches. The location in the village was ideal. It’s just a 10-minute drive to Faliraki (or a 45-minute walk if the weather isn’t too hot) but the village itself is peaceful, picturesque and surprisingly self-sufficient. There are two covered parking spots for cars but even if you don’t have one, everything you need is nearby: corner shops, bakeries, cafés, gyros grills and even a great little cocktail bar just around the corner. The locals were warm and welcoming, often giving us personal tips on what to see and where to eat.

We had an amazing time. The resort is truly fantastic — it offers many swimming pools, à la carte restaurants, bars, activities, and a great gym. I do feel that you are dependent on a car or bus, as there isn’t a village within walking distance. It’s definitely highly recommended, especially since it’s adults-only — it’s peaceful and has a really relaxing vibe.

Everything. Gorgeous. Great food. The sea. The people. The island has so much to offer. Walking up at Mitsis Alia is like waking up to freshness and sunshine.
