I particularly liked the lobby with the piano. The architecture of the hotel is very attractive. Staff is very professional and polite.

Rooms are bigger than rooms in other guest-houses in Makarska. Excellent view of the sea and Makarska Harbour, Hvar Island, Brac Island, and the view westwards along the coast and mountains. The sea looks beautiful in the morning and sunsets are spectacular! Do your best to have a room with a balcony! Located in the best part of Makarska above Makarska old town with free and easy parking, above Makarska Old Town, easy to walk into centre in ten minutes. Makarska Harbour is great for excursions by sea to the Islands and also Inland. A car ferry goes to Sumartin on Brac Island. If you arrive at the bus station in Makarska the Pansion Komfor staff will gladly give you a lift to the pansion, and when you leave they will give you a lift back to the bus station. Restaurant is well regarded by visitors.

Exceptional stay – great value for money The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view — you can even see the sea! The staff were very friendly and welcoming. A big bonus is the private parking behind the hotel — if you manage to park there, you can see your car from the balcony. At check-in, we received an €8 voucher for the bakery downstairs, which was such a nice surprise. The pastries were fresh and homemade — truly delicious. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away, and there are two beaches nearby. If you’re looking for something quieter, there are more secluded spots a bit further. Because the hotel isn’t right by the sea, it’s peaceful at night and perfect for a good night’s sleep.

Nice staff, huge rooms. Got a free upgrade to a room with balcony. We were able to leave our belongings there for a few hours after checkout which was nice.

The location is excellent. We were not there for the beach, obviously, so I don’t know if it would work for somebody who is, but we loved it. very urban part, a parking lot just in front of it..

The view was stunnign! Very comfortable and clean apartment. The location is also perfect. Lea as a host was very kind.

Excellent accommodation – a small space but very well designed. Comfortable and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. Perfect location – close to the city beach, a great starting point for trips to other beaches and for evening walks. We even enjoyed watching a concert on the square right from the window. Parking – paid parking is just 1 minute from the accommodation, which is convenient for unloading luggage. You can also briefly stop above the church at the bus station to unload. The host kindly directed us to a free parking lot about a 15-minute walk from the apartment, which suited us perfectly.

The apartment was in a great location, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The convenience of being so close to the water made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay near the beach!
