The apartment was perfectly clean and well-equipped - everything we needed was there: a fully stocked kitchen, a large clothes dryer, an iron, AC in every room, an extra set of bed linen, reading lights, a new and spotless washing machine, and plenty of shelves and hooks in the bathroom. It definitely exceeded our expectations!
Daniel is a wonderful host - his English is excellent, and he was always available via chat or phone.
On top of all that, the tiny beach is within walking distance through a beautiful pine forest - no cars, no crowds, just peace and nature.
We’re already looking forward to coming back!

CroatiaHouse is nested in a village few minutes drive away from nearest beach. It is meant for motorized tourists, as the beachfront is few km away. On island of Krk, everything is max 35 minutes drive away, with very good roads. House is new or newly renovated, has a small shaded terrace and stone BBQ, It has all a family of four needs for a nice holiday. AC was ok, rooms basic but clean, beds are comfortable and spacious.
We couldnt reach the owner by phone at first, but when we sent a message, they showed up immediately. Also, the key was in front of the property, so even if the owner was not present, we could enter.

Swimming pool, excellent food, professional room service and waiters /especially Dolores and Vladen/, nice owners, air conditioning, great location right by the sea. The best restaurant in the area, delicious seafood, perfect tuna steak! I recommendthis hotel to everyone!

Simply amazing place. Spacious, tastefully decorated. Commodious bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen. Large balcony with sea view. Everything was clean and new. Barbecue area outside. Enough parking space. Location is spot on. Beach, supermarket, restaurant, cafe in near vicinity.

5 min walk down the hill to the beach. Location is ok. Not for old people because in high temperatures its not ok to walk up and down the hill. But close to beach is parking (1€ per hour). Beach is very nice.

The appartment has a lot of space outside to park the car and play with children. A grill on the back with extra table and chairs. Location is awesome for families with children as it is very close to the water and a few steps from a small sand beach.

The place is nice and clean with a large terrace and a nice pool - although it is shared with 11 other apartments, you may get lucky and have the pool to yourself. The location is good with just a few minutes walk to the nearest "town" beach and 15 mins to a more natural beach with fewer people. There is a bakery, restaurants and a few shops all within easy walking distance.

Really nice and modern apartment in a great location. The sofa bed was super comfortable! Hosts were good at communicating. Lots of storage space. Great shower. You could access Netflix using your own log in on the TV. Very clean with a nice entrance lobby.

Beautiful house with plenty of space. It was very clean and cozy. There is everything you need in the house. Location is ok, bit I recomend going to the beach by car.
