I like Hospitality, taste of food in the restaurant, respect towards guests and prompt room service

Property was maintained very well. Decor made it stand out. Staff were very attentive. Breakfast was hot and had options for all ages. Checkin and checkout were quick and easy.

good location, clean and quite

The property is a green oasis in Madurai, it transforms you into a world of natural beauty and serenity. Beautiful old trees, lovely pathways, very friendly and helpful smiling staff. Excellent facilities with a lovely pool, well equipped gym, a spa. Ours was a spacious place with a plunge pool in our room. Food quality is excellent.

Everything was good about this hotel...

The buffet was extraordinary. Biggest hotel buffet I've seen! The staff is always kind and helpful. They are happy to chat about their city and give recommendations on things to do and places to see! We had an early morning flight. Staff let us choose some items from the buffet and packed them to go! The buffet wasn't even open yet!

Great location with easy access to main attractions, but off the main road, so relatively quiet

This place is extremely comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The area is very calm with less traffic, making it peaceful and relaxing. We had a good dining space, spacious rooms, and a quiet atmosphere throughout the stay. Public transport is easily accessible, with buses and share autos available nearby. The only difficult part was dealing with some auto drivers, as they tend to charge more. We mostly preferred share autos and buses instead. Bus No. 700 is very convenient, and the nearest bus stops are Park Town and Uzhavar Santhai Road. Overall, it is absolutely worth the price — highly recommended, and definitely a place you shouldn’t miss! The more detailed is posted in my Instagram page do check out!

Very convenient place in Madurai for a short term stay, the place is easily accessible from the bus stand also very convenient in taking auto or taxi from the place . Mr.David is really helpful in guiding regarding any doubts they even let me keep my laggage after my check out , I would highly suggest this place for beginners arriving in Madurai !

Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome. WiFi was very stable and fast. Staff were extremely polite and cooperative. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and always came to us with a smile on their faces.
