Beautiful place, modern, good location to us, free, big and safe parking lot, good internet speed, very cleaned, beautiful decoration, good room and an outstanding breakfast.

Very friendly staff at the check in. The breakfast lady was very nice, friendly and welcoming!

It’s a perfect place if you are on a roadtrip in Tuscany. You can easily park, it is well located, comfortable and clean.

Everything was perfect , the staff is the friendliest I've ever encountered. The room has a country charm, the restaurant is Michelin worthy, the location looks like a fairytale at night and day. I will definatly be back and will suggest anyone to go. 1000/10

Our trip to Castello di Valenzano was like a dream. A very unique place to visit and to spend a night in. The rooms are pretty big and appropriately decorated. You feel like you went back in time. The staff is great. The dinner was also exquisite. We ended up buying both their wine and olive oil.

Really nice sporty place, with great views. Perfect to relax for some days. The pool is pretty big and comfortable for a good swim. Rooms are great. I was in one of their apartments and it was pretty big! I could even work from there the days I was in Arezzo.

Cleanliness of room, bathroom was large and shower was good size. Good breakfast with variety of items.

The staff were very friendly and professional. The room was exactly as described. We loved the big fluffy towels! :) The hotel is located right in the city center, making it a perfect starting point to explore the city.

We had the most incredible stay here in Arezzo just before Christmas, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely unbeatable—set right in a piazza with a stunning view of the Christmas market. Waking up to the festive lights, sounds, and energy below felt like something out of a movie and made our time in Arezzo extra special. The apartment itself was beautiful, spotless, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in and feel at home right away. Giulio was an exceptional host. He was so kind, responsive, and welcoming, and he made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. His directions were incredibly clear and helpful, which made arriving and navigating the area stress-free—especially during the busy holiday season. Staying here was truly an unforgettable experience, and it played a big part in making our time in Arezzo so magical. We are extremely grateful to Giulio for his hospitality and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Italy. We would not hesitate to return!
