The location of the room is excellent, near the train station and not far from amenities. The outside of the building is rather unimpressive but the room, at the ground floor, is excellent, clean, well equipped and spacious. Bruno, the owner, gave me a cheerful welcome, arriving by moped with the keys—locked key boxes for self check-in are apparently prohibited by an absurd State law. Heating and air conditioning are provided by a very good air-con unit, which looks new. In the bathroom, which was spotless, there were soap, shampoo, clean towels, and a hair drier; the impression was excellent. As a gesture towards the guest, the owner left two small bottles of mineral water and two sweet treats. Overall I am very pleased with my stay and can warmly recommend Nido Flegreo.

The location was good and it was still quiet. Everything worked in the place. It was a fairly easy walk to the local train station and restaurants and other small stores in Lucrino. In addition Lago de Averno is also an easy walk and you can take a nice walk around the lake through mainly a park like setting with restaurants, a winery, a place that raises bees, and even old Roman ruin. The breakfast was fine, it is prepackaged food though, Lucrino has a nice coffee shop and the owner speaks English. They had tea and coffee available with a machine. I do not drink coffee and when I mentioned I liked the Cafe de Ginseng, Manu brought me pods for that (I didn't even realize they had pods for Ginseng)! After I asked they also provided juice boxes too. It is run by multiple related families that live in the compound and above the rooms, so there seems to always be someone around, which is good for security. There is a designated parking spot in the compound. I am not sure anyone speaks English, except Manu who was very nice and pleasant when we met on the weekend. She does work during the week so be prepared to use a translator app if you have questions on arrival and do not speak Italian. The check-in instructions were very good though. They did answer questions through Booking.com quickly and they could have explained better what they wanted us to send to check-in when they contacted me on What's App (for non-EU it is your passport page). Ask about the walk in gate at the top of the street in front of the compound, it looks locked but isn't and could save walking depending where you are going (or driving if you are meeting someone). Even with a few minor things mentioned next I would definitely stay again if in the area!

very clean and modern. the location is excellent for exploring downtown pozzuoli, such a treat to be right next to the temple of Serapis, you should definitely go out at night and see it all lit up. The building felt very safe and secure.

The environment was beautiful. The location of the hotel itself consisted of an extremely stunning view of the sea and was quite convenient because of the restaurants around. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well run. The size of our room was perfect and modern decoration. The staff was amazing, always there to help and efficient in their work.

The location in the main square and a short walk to the ferry and train station The cleanliness of the room. The design. The place of the A/C which was not blowing in your face. The communication with the host. Very prompt. The check in/out system. Just a side note, once you check in in the app, refresh it once in order the system starts working. You’ll open doors just from the phone, no keys at all which is very practical.

Our host went over and above to ensure our stay was special and that we were well looked after. We left feeling blessed by the true italian hospitality. The location was great and the place had all the necessities, including a coffee machine and washing machine. It was cosy and had a beautiful homely feel.

Hosts were very helpful and open. Location is really good to take ferry and also to visit Naples, Pompei. Fresh fish available nearby and also a nice Kebab place. Breakfast is decent with fresh fruits and croissant, cakes. Rooms are spacious. AC worked well.

The B&B is in a great location. Nothing is too much trouble and if you need anything the owners are on hand.This is our second year staying here, just had a different room.

Super location outside of Naples for a tranquil break. Beach club 5 minute walk away to rent a beach bed for 10€ for the day. Really friendly staff and a surprisingly tasty breakfast with fresh orange juice, fruit, cereal and cakes before I left.

The location is far away from everything, and everytime you get a cab from the hotel , they upcharge you and exuberant amount just to go a few blocks to there city area . I had laundry washed for me . I submitted 7 pieces of clothes and they charged me $70 which is outrageous!!. Before gave them the clothing I asked the front desk rep how much it will cost . She said 2 or 3 dollars a piece . That was a lie.
