Very clean and very kind staff, especially the one who work at restaurant/breakfast and bar 10/10. Very good food and tasty from breakfast to dinner. We almost miss to book half board but luckily we got to book dinner , big thank to hotel team.

Very cosy and beautiful hotel, with family touch which you can really feel in a lot of details. The food was really good with a la carte dinner choices, each dish was delicious. Staff was very friendly Spa area was nice The view from the room was wonderful Playroom for kids next to the dining area saved our meals.

The staff is super friendly and helpful - Maximilliano made our stay wonderful with his recommendations and goodwill The room was comfy, big, clean, and well-equipped! Especially like the shower with the hot steam system! The location is right on the bus station and it helped navigate to every point we needed. Overall it was an amazing experience and is highly recommended!

The hotel room, the views, and the facilities were absolutely awesome. Wonderfully designed room, sauna and every aminities in the hotel. Rafaella was so helpful for everything we needed. This was the best hotel and the service we had in Italy so far. My daughter wanted to stay longer in the hotel, but obviously we had to move on. But I really recommend this hotel.

This was a great apartment, newly refurbished and well equipped for self-catering. We also had a very nice meal in the hotel restaurant on our first night. The cable car is just a few metres away and there are lovely walks and hikes all around. The hotel staff were very pleasant when we checked in and out. It was very quiet at night and the bed was comfortable.

One of the best hotel experiences we've had. The hosts were amazing and the hotel itself was extremely clean and welcoming. The ski lift was conveniently located and the hotel ski room was the best I've seen with place for boots ski jackets helmets gloves that will be warm and ready for the next day. Hiking trail around was really cool too. The location is quiet and feels like you are really disconnected but the town is a 5 min drive away which was ideal. The room was large and everything was perfectly designed. It even had a dedicated faucet for mountain water in the room! Breakfast was healthy and delicious with a good choice for everyone. The outdoor jacuzzi was incredible and the gym was well equipped. We loved everything about it and will go back again! Highly recommended.

Apartment with wonderful view, quiet, comfortable and clean. Very spacious, it looks way much better than in pictures. Very nice! I would recommend it for sure.

Hotel is super-close to Saaslong chairlifts + to the bus stop for reaching other lifts in Val Gardena region. Centrally located (you can see chairlifts and the mountain range from the windows) - yet quiet and well maintained building. Very nice walkable area around the location + 2 different grocery shops in close proximity. Rooms are spacious and quiet, staff is super-responsive, kitchen is fully equipped, ski room is handy and spacious (with dryers for ski boots). Top spot to visit Val Gardena resort!

Stayed for 4 nights and overall it was satisfying to stay here. So close to supermarket, bus station, and col raiser. And one of the best thing is when there was a pop-up night market on the street right in front of the building.

Signora Linda was the heart and soul of this place. Her warmth and care made us feel less like hotel guests and more like grandchildren visiting their beloved grandmother for a week. The hotel itself is beautiful, cozy, spotless, and aesthetically charming. Our room was cleaned every day, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The location was also very convenient, with a supermarket and a bus stop just next to the hotel, which made everything even easier during our stay. And the view from our room… simply breathtaking. Waking up to the Dolomites every day felt like a dream

The accommodation is run by a lovely family, which made the stay very special. I truly enjoyed interacting with the family members – they were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Every morning, the host served us an absolutely delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices, the perfect way to start the day and fuel up for hikes. The location is exceptional, just one minute away from the bus station, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The room and bathroom were spotless, and the staff made sure everything was cleaned while we were out, which I really appreciated. Overall, I felt a genuine connection with the family, and it’s this kind of personal interaction that makes you want to return again and again.

Beautiful house in a great location with amazing views of the valley and the mountains. The host is kind and patience. Plenty of delicious choices offered for breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable, and are kept perfectly clean.

Very comfortable and cozy hotel. Very good location (you can park your car in their garage and move easy around, the propriety gives you a bus ticket for the days of your stay). Very quite hotel , perfect for relaxing stay. The owners family is very friendly and always ready to make your stay comfy. It is nice to see different generations of family involved. Our room had fantastic view and nice balcony. Comfortable bed and specious bathroom so you really feel relaxing.

I have to say everything is perfect! First, the location is great, it’s just 10 minutes drive to Ortisei, and it’s also easy for you to take the bus. Second, the house owner and her son are so friendly and nice! Yanik ( I am not sure about the spelling of his name) gave us many useful suggestions, that’s the reason why we had a wonderful trip here, and he is always patient to answer my various questions! Third, the room is so cozy and clean, and the breakfast is good! Finally, the view of the hotel is amazing! I think I rebook it next time when I go there, Dolomiti is so beautiful!
