Our apartment was immaculate and so well presented in a gorgeous, quite location but still close to Bormio. Our hosts where so easy to deal with and responded to questions very promptly. The check in process was very easy.

The Breakfast was great, good selection from where to choose. Nice location, if you want to visit both Livignio and Bormio since there is only 30 minutes of driving.
And the staff was very friendly

Beautiful and quiet location in Isolaccia. Easy access to Livigno, Bormio and Santa Caterina. Lots of available parking nearby. Comfortable beds. Nice balcony. A washing machine and dryer are available (shared, small fee). We had everything we needed and we would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!!! Best ski ever in all that snow!

We spent 5 nights in the hotel. The location was great, Livigno is less than 30 min drive away. Pleasant and quiet hotel. Very friendly staff, super clean rooms, good breakfast and excellent pizzas. We will definitely be back!

The location was perfect for us and the hosts are really nice and helpful. We had a spacious apartment, very clean and well equipped. As we wanted to go skiing in different places it was very well positioned: 15 min to Bormio, 30 min to Livigno and maximum 5 min to Cima Piazzi (by car). We loved our stay and will definitely return next year.

It was in a great location for access (by car) to the local ski areas. The family and their team of staff were very friendly and helpful even with our limited spoken Italian. The food was good, service was prompt. Rooms were large, comfortable, well equipped.
Christmas was celebrated with Babbo Natale visiting. It reminded us of very happy times living in Italy when our children were small. Very much a welcoming family environment.

I like very much the location and the view of the mountains from the terrace. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large enough to accommodate 3 persons in 2 bedrooms apartment. The jacuzzi and sauna from the garden was excellent for relaxing after a busy day.

Breathtaking location. The hotel is surrounded by the mountains and a small lake. Even though it is close to road, we didn’t hear the cars from our room. The personal of the hotel was super friendly and nice with quick responses and helping. The room with a balcony was clean with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. We travelled with our mountain bikes, so we appreciated the ski/bike room to store them. The kitchen was also great, try their pizza at least once. :)

Spa facilities after 8 hours of motorbike. Small but nice for a reasonable fee. You get yakuzi, Turkish bath , sauna , small swimming pool and relax area. The staff was great and the restaurant was also good ! I chose not to drive during night but Livigno is fee minutes by car, and if you are up for hiking there are plenty of routes just nearby. Wonderful location

Great location lost in the mountains through Passo Foscagno, very welcoming staff, good sleep, excellent breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Also nice spa facilities inside the hotel.
