The room is modern and clean. The location of hotel is in the downtown, so it is convenient to reach restaurants and cafe. The staff is very kind and nice. We have good memories When staying in the hotel with baby. It also has a nice roof top bar and swimming pool.

Comfortable beds, clean room and a very good breakfast with plenty of options.
The staff was helpfully and let us check-in before time since our room was ready.
And the location downtown is close restaurants and the beach

The owner Mazem is really helpful, he tried to organize my trip to Wadi Rum as I struggled with finding transport there. The facilities are new, clean, staff very friendly. Beds are comfortable, location is perfect in the city centre close to everything. There is possibility to rent snorkling kit. Balcony also nice overlooking bustling city!

The cleanest and the best maintained hotel that I've stayed in while in Jordan. And also the only hotel where nothing was broken in the room.
The location is good, in the city centre and close to the public beach (but I'd definitely recommend going to the South Beach instead).
The staff was extremely friendly and was always asking you if I had any issues. When I mentioned the poor sound isolation Mr. Mahmoud immediately offered me another room. Because I rejected it (I had earplugs), he brought me a bowl of nuts as the compensation.

Good location close to the waterfront and about 1km from the city center. Furniture was pretty new, the breakfast was ok (but had too many western and too few local options in my opinion). The staff is nice, prebooking a taxi to the airport was no problem.

Nice hot flowing showers. Towels, soap and shampoo provided.

Anas is a wonderful guy, he wants to welcome the world at his place! He helps with everything you need, restaurants, diving, excursions... He gave me a free tour for sights and food, the next evening he cooked a traditional dinner for us, delicious!
Everything is extrem clean and cozy! Quiet and secure neighbourhood, just 10 minutes walk from downtown and beach. Free towels.
A great place to stay with a passionate, enthusiastic and hospitable Owner!

The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is convenient, situated near the downtown area and in close proximity to key attractions. Overall, while there may be room for enhancement in the breakfast offerings, the cleanliness of the room, excellent service from the staff, and the advantageous location contribute positively to the overall experience.
