Places to Stay in Nairobi

Everything was great! Very polite staff, amazing food (a bit expensive but tasty), Room service is quick, we got room no. 605 and the view was amazing!!!!! Also, the security is great and it is very close to the airport (you can see it far from the window). We have also asked the receptionists and the room service people for places to visit and things to see and they were very helpful. The room had a very strong wifi and a smart tv that had all the apps logged in ;). Overall, it is a very very good quality hotel for that price but be aware that it is far from the city center so you will have to pay at least a 1000 ksh (one way) everytime you need to go to the center but on the other hand since it is far from the center it is very peaceful and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has a restaurant on the ground floor, a cozy café in the lobby, and an excellent rooftop café with great views. Everything was very clean, and the entire hotel had a pleasant, fresh scent. The rooms are spacious, and the double bed is very large and comfortable. The spa area is exceptionally clean and includes a hammam and a dry sauna, which we really enjoyed. My husband also used the gym and was very satisfied with it. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop as well. Unfortunately, the water was quite cool due to the weather, but the area itself is very nice. The staff were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous, with a wide selection of food and fresh fruits. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable experience — we would happily return.

The washroom needs to have hand shower close to the toilet

The host, very hospitable, polite and extremely considerate. The location is ideal for especially a busy traveller or someone doing business. The overall set up is good, calm, clean, staff ready to help. I would recommend this place to anyone wishing for a quiet, pleasant and undisturbed stay. No noise, hooting of vehicles or loud music.... 🎶

Staff were great, big rooms, view of the sports club park, pure vegetarian retaurant next door.

The receptionist/kitchen staff, security were very accommodating and friendly. The food and the chef were so good. Best food I tasted in my Kenya trip, chicken sandwich and lamb chops. It was superb. Over all good.
