I got a very spacious and equipped apartment. Everything was very neat and organized. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was amazing, they had so many different options for (eggs, juices, coffees, charcuterie, cheeses, jams, bakery, etc). I really enjoyed having variety every day, plus the hall is cozy and perfect to start the day. I even stayed there to finish some work. They also have sitting outdoors. It was such an amazing stay.

We loved everything: comfortable adjustable bed, in room propane heater/pot belly stove, ideal kitchen facilities and communal dining and cooking areas, floor to ceiling bedroom and kitchen windows, free use of a coffee machine throughout the day, and a location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, near public transit. Perhaps best of all are the other folks who live onsite, some of whom are Dutch and really make you feel welcomed and at home!

Perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed was comfortable, unusual when sleeping on a new bed. Apartment was spotless, had everything we needed. Bathroom was very clean, lovely shower! EXCELLENT LOCATION that was close to all amenities and public transport 👌A quiet neighborhood away from the traffic, and no noise from other apartments next door. A neat, clean, quiet apartment block. I loved the terrace.

A pleasant room with modern design and nice lighting. The room was equipped with a heater that we could regulate to our preference, and it also heated the floors, which was a nice touch. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, including an oven and a stove, as well as a table with chairs. We were provided with towels, bathrobes, shower gel, soap, toothbrush holders, hangers, etc. Additionally, there was a television mounted just above the bed, which was surprisingly comfortable. The bed is suitable for two people, but it's not very large. Everything was very clean and smelled good, thanks to the Homayoun (I hope I spelled it correctly). We really enjoyed the location of this apartment, although it's not exactly in Rotterdam; it's located in the Schiedam area, which is part of Rotterdam, I suppose. It turned out to be a hidden gem for us, very picturesque. The apartment is situated in the center of Schiedam, with large markets within walking distance. However, Rotterdam is very accessible; just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, you can find a train station and reach the city in 5-8 minutes by metro or train. A one-way ticket costs approximately €2. We appreciated the self-service aspect; no one bothered us during our stay.

The host was amazing. She was very accommodating, friendly, and flexible. Additionally, the location and apartment itself were simply amazing. It was also easy for us to have privacy even while traveling with children since the rooms are separated by a hallway, and the extra half bath made a huge difference. While the full-service kitchen was moderate in size, it was modern and well-kept. Some additional pleasant surprises: Fresh eggs from the chickens in the atrium, the heated floors, and the chest of games we could play as a group. We loved our stay!
