Modern facilities, great location, breakfast delivered to room

It was convenient for us. Clean and obviously newly refurbished, which was nice We were very grateful that we were able to access our units at 1pm instead of 3pm, because we had a function to attend at 2pm. So it was great to be able to unpack and freshen up after a long drive, and have a cuppa before we headed out. Thankyou for that.

Better than stayiing in a motel, beautiful farmland view across the valley. Hosts had put the heatpump on to warm the place up. Very comfortable bed. All the facilities of home - nothing missing, even a wood-burner stove with plenty of firewood, a washing machine and clothes drier, full electric stove and oven, pots and pans, un-limited hot water (gas-heated), proper bath and a shower (not over bath), 3 bedrooms - 2 double and 3rd having 2 single beds. Just remember it's an older house in the country, so don't expect too much, but excellent for a family - some swings etc. outside. We'll be back.

We travelled for our dog’s very first show weekend, so it was important for us to have a quiet, comfortable place where she could stay calm and relaxed between events. The hosts were incredibly understanding and made sure we had the privacy and space we needed, including an area where we could spend time outside and play with her. The cottage itself was absolutely spotless. We are quite particular when it comes to cleanliness and often find that accommodation does not always meet the same standards we would have at home - but Minnford Cottage was a lovely surprise. It was beautifully clean, tidy, comfortable, and we immediately felt relaxed. Everything had been thoughtfully prepared, and it really felt like a home away from home.

This place is stunning. The views are amazing. The studios are HUGE! Warm and super comfortable. Everything is provided, its only just out of town.

Brenda and Gavin were the perfect hosts - and we had many great conversations. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Our hosts gave helpful travel suggestions. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights there.

Truly Awesome! First time stargazers experience, under a sky lit with stars, in the dead of night & cold. Beautiful sunset & sunrise from the front porch. Greeted up, close & personal by cows & sheep from the kitchen window, 1st & last view of the day. Even the driving of 1 km of gravel to the cabin was an exciting prelude to the fantastic cabin. Friendly host gave very clear instructions via email, very smooth checking in & out process. Breakfast was good. Thanks!
