WOW, the apartment was great, clean, cozy and comfortable. The host provided water bottles and tea. The bathroom and shower were absolutely amazing and this apartment was spotless. The cleanest and most comfortable night of my entire 2 weeks traveling lower Silesia Poland. Also, I booked last minute and got confirmation quickly. Check in was a little concerning at first as there was a passcode to the apartment complex and a key lockbox, I had to use google translate. However, once I figured it out, very easy. I had a great view of the fields and mountains and a little table on the deck to sip tea and enjoy the view. The complex the apartment was located in was also clean and very quiet. Did I say this apartment was SO CLEAN!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment with our family. The communication with the owner was excellent – very friendly and helpful throughout. The instructions on how to find the apartment and where to park the car were especially clear and easy to follow, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The view from the windows is absolutely stunning and truly unforgettable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. The only small downside was that the towels had a slightly unusual smell. However, overall we are very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

The rooms are spacious, the location is quiet, we had absolutely everything we needed. The house is alone in the fields, which for us was totally fine and even safer and calmer. It was very nice to sit outside in the evening. There are unfinished constructions on the other side of the house, that view did not bother us (and it is also a sign that the house and it's surroundings will be even nicer in the future!).

A very good place for a family spending time in Kotlina Kłodzka. Good location in Kłodzko - practically in the centre, she on a quiet park, convenient parking, lift. The house after renovation, the flat also, all necessary equipment on site. In a few tens of minutes you can reach most of the local attractions and mountain trails.

The rooms were very clean and cost. We worried that it might be a bit cold in winter, but it was very well insulated. We had a room with the tub. Breakfasts were delicious. The location is fantastic - right between Góry Sowie and Stołowe.

The appartment is in an older house, but when you enter the appartment, you forget this, since the appartment is very new and in a perfect state. Everything is new and modern. Public parking (not supervised, free of charge) is very close and we had no problems to find an empty space. The city center is 5 minutes by foot.
