United StatesIncredible breakfast and perfect location (right next to the slopes - the one near is mostly for the kids, but there’s a bigger one ~10 mins away from the hotel). The rooms are rather small but clean, good lightning control. The SPA amenities are also great, but can be crowded at times, so I only ended up going later in the evening.

The hotel staff were fantastic, very friendly and welcoming, from the receptionists, to the restaurant team and especially the cleaning staff (who were particularly helpful).
The food was very good, with a wide choice of breakfast foods and excellent dinner in the restaurant.
As we came to visit the mountain areas around Krynica, the location of the hotel is amazing, with some excellent (and challenging!) walks on the doorstep.

All good. Nice location. Restaurant very pleasant. Food top notch. Room good size and clean. Swimming area very nice. Sauna and outside jacuzzi perfect.
