Places to Stay in Odesa

Great location close to the train station and walkable to the historic center and the sea. Also lots of public transit options nearby. Shelter in the basement. Kind staff answered many questions and were quick with check in and out.. Wifi was fine.

Actually it a very good place , though it is located in the upper floors of a mall. Room was fine, service was good. breakfast was "as in Optima". I was satisfied. Also the neighborhood was in a commercial area , with a lot of interesting shops and it is not in the Primorsky quarter so prices were normal for Ukraine. Since this is a new building, where people come to shop , ATM and parking were easily available. I got excellent deal with the price and that was great and there are good restaurants few minutes walk from the hotel. If you come to Odessa just for a night and you need a place to sleep, and you are not eager to see the Opera house when you wake up, Optime is a good chouce.

A very good hotel. Comfortable beds. Excellent bathroom with bidet hose. Swimming pool is probably the best hotel pool I have come across. Convenient location next to tram stops. Breakfast was great. Parking easy.

Exceptionally helpful and friendly staff

My wife and I stayed at the Metro Hotel for a few days in July 2025. We were extremely satisfied with the experience. The room was pristine and spacious, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would like to specifically mention the receptionist, Oleksandra, and the manager, Oleksiy. They provided us with local tips and in general were very helpful. Just one little episode. When we left, my wife left her reading glasses behind. The hotel had sent me a friendly email offering to mail the glasses.

Staff was excellent, friendly,, helpful. Being American, i could have hoped for at least ONE staff member reasonably fluent in english, this was NOT an issue, only an observation and confusion sometimes reigned. BUT all was taken care of, slowly at times, mostly due to MY lack of Ukrainian, not of their lack of English. It was a MINOR issue, not a problem.

I booked afternoon and all perfect. Administrators. In the morning the other administrator cleans also. Thanks 4 all! :)!

Everything was very good. We reached bit early...they gave us a bed to rest and wait... We were able to check in 2 hours early without problem... For the last day we left our luggage at hostel after check out... Went back after 4 hours...got changed... Everything was super! Location was awesome! I'll definitely stay again here...😀

Good location, especially if you are arriving by train. Its only a few minutes walk from the train station. Staff spoke good English and was friendly, even made some great snacks for the guests, Thanks Nikita

Good location, walkable from the bus and railway station. Pleasant area, supermarket and some bars in the area. Everything worked fine (wi-fi, sockets, air conditioning, shower). Reasonably clean. Possibility to leave the bags at the reception in the day of check out. Overall good value for money and, no doubt, I would stay there again.

Despite there being no electricity because of Russian bombing, the staff welcomed me and made me feel at home. The hostel is below ground level so safer if there is an attack. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and prepared for guests even though there were only 3 staying at the time. Hopefully if there are better days in Odesa's future, it will be full of travelers again

Clean and comfortable hotel in the very center of Odesa. The prices are reasonable. The staff is super helpful and supportive. They allowed us early check-in and late check-out free of charge. I strongly recommend this place!
