Communication with the renter was exceptional from the beginning. The location is close to downtown and a good starting point for activities in and around Austin. The amenities of the apartment were great. There is everything you need. Easy entry with number code, no key necessary.

It was a great location, surrounded by bars, restaurants, food trucks. There’s an underground car park. All in all it’s a perfectly fine place to stay if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room, and get out about and enjoy the city

I love their suites. It is always quiet and the staff is amazing. The location is about 8-14 min from downtown which is ideal. Love happy hour and breakfast too!

The location is brilliant - right in the centre of downtown, next to the Capitol. We walked everywhere and there are public buses nearby to get to different parts of Austin (including one that goes directly to the aiport).
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, beds very comfortable and excellent shower pressure. Good WiFi signal.

The location is excellent. You can walk to tons of great restaurants and bars in East Austin, and also downtown, along with nearby walking/biking trails and paths. The hotel itself is very cute, and I liked the outdoor sitting areas and pool.

Free parking and breakfasts included (boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes and waffles, oatmeal). Pleasant staff. The location of the hotel is good, near the highway, to the city center about 10-15 minutes.

Very central location for going downtown or north. It's very easy to access the highways. Love the recent renovations/updates, which are very comfortable and contemporary. Decent food options in the area, as well as Target/grocery stores. Self parking was super easy - go to level 1 (not lobby/ground), and the parking elevator will take you to your floor. Our room had two doors, one from the interior hallway and one from the exterior courtyard walk (see photo) - it was helpful to have both.
