I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. the facility is beautiful, the room spacious, the bed is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. but above all - the staff is super professional and friendly, with the best attitude of helping and making your stay perfect. they are all great and I would like to specifically thank Jacqueline, who helped us resolve some serious issues with our stay in Boston (caused by my mistake regarding the dates of my flight...). can't thank her enough

United StatesI am a very capricious customer. It’s really hard to make me happy. But finally, I found an exceptional hotel where I was completely satisfied and couldn’t find any negatives.
First of all, in my comments I noted about my sleep issues and required the quiet room. For two nights I didn't hear a single noise. They made sure that we don't have neighbors and provided us away from the elevators.
Secondly, we haven't seen any housekeeping neither in the floor nor in our room. But every single time we returned, it was cleaned, and they brought us some sweet treats, which made my 7-year-old boy very happy. Thirdly, the receptionist, the concierge, and the bell staff were extremely kind and helpful. The bell staff opened the door, helped with luggage, and asked if we needed any assistance each time. The very first moment, one of them politely asked if it was our first time and gave directions to the check-in floor. Also, the person who checked us in did his best, and we were able to check in early. He kindly offered to hold our bags while we took a quick walk to Totte across the road. I was happy and satisfied. I travel a lot and often.

Great location, close to Downtown and South Station. Well organised and I loved how they spread guest out when not fully booked! We had two nights alone in a 6 bed dorm!!! Really comfortable beds and good size lockers.

The location was excellent - walkable to the city centre and very close to one of the transit bus stops from the airport. Room facilities with kitchenette were great meaning we could cook for ourselves when it suited us. Supermarket for shopping was close by. Good range of options to choose from for the breakfast too. Hotel staff were very helpful.

Very clean, safe place with friendly and respectful guests. Incredible facility with state-of-the-art architecture, provided linens, towels, lockers, and comfortable beds. Such a convenient downtown location. Kitchen, large dining room area, and fridge were appreciated.

2nd stay here. We stayed here after arriving in Boston and again the night before we flew home. Chose here because of the location for the airport and city centre. So easy to use the metro from the apartment perfect for getting into the airport and city. Super helpful hosts

The room was a nice size, the beds and bedding very comfortable. The lighting in the bathroom was especially nice as the lights came on dimly if one had to visit in the night. There was a candy cart at the elevators which was nice and the complimentary drink at the bar was appreciated after a day of travel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located across the street from Boston Commons. A great location to explore downtown Boston!

Great location within easy walk for restaurants and a 20 minute walk of the city centre a. The room was spacious with a super-comfortable bed. The staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions and directions. Very happy, we'd definitely stay here again.

Modern & clean hotel nearby Backbay train station and only 15-30 min walk into the city center. Clean shared bathroom facilities. The hotel also has a little Café build-in, as well as a Mexican restaurant. It also has a free gym. All in all a great place to stay when in Boston!

This hotel is in the best location in my opinion ...5 mins from the state house and quincy market and beacon street and the parks. In itself it is a historic monument which makes a stay even more special

Great location across the street from the conference center. Great vibe. Loved the jazz in one of restaurants ( where i had dinner too ) - jazz is Thurs- Sunday. Super friendly staff . Pool was nice for a break at lunchtime. Very close to seaport area ( 5 -10 minute walk ) that was fabulous. Walkable to downtown ( 20 minutes). You can get free silver line shuttle from Logan airport directly to TRADE CENTRE which is a 2 minute walk to hotel.
