BrazilStaff was very kind from check in to check out. The room was clean and comfortable. They had a vending machine across my room which was super convenient! I brought my service dog with me and everyone was helpful and respectful towards us. And the breakfast was great - so many options! I expected eggs and coffee, but they had yogurt, waffle, juice, tea, cereal, bagels, etc. Finally, the location was super convenient for me: right across the street from Amtrak station and only 8 minutes walking from XL Center.

Location, price, surprisingly good breakfast included in a very good price. Not a huge range on the breakfast but what is there is more than adequate. Offers Bounce Luggage storage facility, and is right next to the Train and bus station with a good selection of places to eat nearby. Staff are helpful and friendly. Overall excellent value. It is cheaper than most other places and as such you’re not going to get 5 star facilities but for the price it really is excellent value.

Some of the staff are living on the property. There is always a band in cars in the parking lot in RVs. Potential sex worker activity may be going on not really sure. Out of all the staff there are some that do not know how to speak with manners while other customers are around. Because of the location and the staff I see why it should be revamped. I only stay there out of convenience. Avoid a wild lady named Miss Rose

The room was spacious and included a fridge, microwave, coffee-maker and TV. The beds were comfortable. There was good pressure in the shower. The complementary breakfast was excellent, with a few choices. The staff were very helpful and answered any questions we had. The location beside the bus station was ideal for our needs.

The location was great, close to everything. There was ample space in the apartment which was nicely secured. Host were very responsive. They also left snacks for us which was really thoughtful. I would return.
