Josh & Erin were warm, friendly & very accommodating, excellent hosts. The location allowed easy access to all the destinations we visited. Our room was spacious & comfy with a nicely renovated bathroom. The sitting area just outside our door had a warm, wood fire going during our entire stay, a great place to relax. Excellent experience, highly recommended.

Compared to major brand hotels in New York, this hotel exceeds expectations by a wide margin. Choosing HYATT Place Mystic for our anniversary was absolutely the right decision. Every request was handled seamlessly, and the thoughtful gestures from the team made our celebration truly special. Kudos to everyone who contributed to this experience—small details really do go a long way. As an SAP Consultant and Decision Representative at BMS, I would highly recommend this property for any corporate stays or client meetings in the Connecticut area. The amenities are excellent: Breakfast: Great drink options, and my daughter loved the bacon and the fun waffle maker. Design & Space: Modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. Parking: Convenient and ample. Location: Close to the village, which made our day even more enjoyable. Very clean, attractive, comfortable accommodations, nice breakfast buffet, convenient location close to Mystic Village, courteous staff. Very reasonable rate for New Years Eve. Only drawback is that you have to drive 2-3 miles to the center of Mystic, and parking in town can be a problem when Mystic is crowded in the summer; you may have to park several blocks away from Main Street . However we had no problem parking during this stay .
