When I booked on-line, it was a double room meant for person with physical disabilities which I did not need. When I arrived to check in, I was given a better Room for 1 with a King Bed and the view was awesome. I 🥰that they had Shuttle Service as this was my first visit to Chicago and O’Hare Airport.

So they had a continental breakfast, which I thought was adequate. Belgium waffle maker, good cereal, fruit, and a few other things made it good. I don't think the eggs or bacon were real (and didn't look very appetizing), so I just stuck with the waffle and cereal, which was good. The staff was friendly and answered my questions, and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. The airport departure terminal was about a 6-minute drive, and the hotel provided a shuttle for that.

The property was super clean and modern, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and staff was helpful and friendly. We didn't get to enjoy the lounge area, but we hope to next time. The vibe looks chill, yet welcoming!
