Good location if you travel by car. It takes 20 -30 minutes by car to reach downtown and/or the harbour area.
Very nice bar area and cafe area which turns into the breakfast area in the mornings. The breakfast was very good. Great variety of food.

Location is one of the best in Seattle. Ten minutes walkgets to almost every major downtown attraction. Convenient for all forms of transport including a train from the airport which drops you ten minutes from the hotel. The same train gets you to the main train station in ten minutes.. Great location for a visitor to the city.
Staffers were polite helpful professional and pleasant.

We loved the Capital Hill location (lots of delicious restaurants), the space was clean and we enjoyed the patio for morning coffee before it got too hot. We were able to walk downtown (about an hour) and easily access public transportation. Vince (the owner) was super kind and stayed in communication with us regarding the delayed check-in. Thanks Vince!!

The staff were what made the stay most enjoyable. Yolanda and Ryan were very friendly and accommodating. I also liked the location. The bus stop was a short walk and easy to get downtown. The neighborhood is actually very nice.

Great location near QFC and bus stop! it’s not far from downtown Seattle! If you prefer to live in a quieter place, but still hope to go to pike market for a visit someday, this is a good choice! Compared to many hotels in downtown area the price is really affordable and nice

The location is excellent. Many cool small bars and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Great little coffee shop in the same area. Lots of artistic, musical events happening locally. Bus service to downtown Seattle is quick and easily accessible.

Excellent location, I had a Space Needle and Monorail view which isn't something you can say every day. The room was very large, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was pleasant. The staff were excellent, really friendly and I could check in a couple of hours early. Some reviews of the hotel mention homelessness - this is a Seattle, particularly Downtown Seattle, issue very much not specific to this hotel or street.

very comfortable bed and whole room. with modern facilities, fast elevators and friendly staff. location was ideal for conference attendees at Arch conference centre (less then 5 min walk from the hotel), relatively close to the downtown, with several public transport stops nearby.
