The host was exceptionally kind, the breakfast delightful and plentiful, and the room itself was spacious and an absolute pleasure to stay in, even if only for one night.

BelgiumWe were biking along the Vennbahn and the location was just off the trail and easy to get to. Isa was welcoming and very friendly. Check-in was easy and we were able to come and go as needed. Breakfast was fantastic and had everything we wanted for the morning.

The appartement is great for two families or group of friends. There is an equipped kitchen, a bathroom in each bedroom, a laundry room is in the building. Location is good, it's walk distance to city center, grocery store, train station. Appartement is pretty comfortable and good equipped. It was easy to check-in and -out.

Friendly staff very welcoming with tips to see and do in the area, beautiful location (5-10min drive from city center Spa) and surroundings, clean rooms. Comfortable bed and modern walk-in shower. Delicious and diverse breakfast.

It was a very comfortable house, very cosy. The location was ideal and was in the city centre, but still quiet. Easy acces to very nice walks, very good restaurants and cafe’s. Overal an ideal experience to relax and destress and see some beautiful nature and architecture in the meantime. We will be going back for sure!

Very nice location in the downtown of Spa city. Close to our destination Terme de Spa. Plenty of choices for eating place in the vicinity (We came into Spa on December 31, the new year's eve, and most of restaurants were reserved. Anyway we managed to have dinner in the downtown .). The rooms are wide, clean and furnished simply but functionally. It was an impressive stay.

Ideal location for us, right in the historic city centre, close to Liège-St-Lambert railway station. The rooms are in two really interesting old houses renovated to the highest standard. The shared kitchen is fully equipped, a real gem. Great Wifi everywhere.

The loft has a perfect location, it's really in the city centre. It's very cozy, well organised and very clean. it's really what you see in the pictures. You have everything what you need there in perfect conditions. Beds are really comfortable.
In case of questions about the loft or recommendations for your trip you always get fast replies from the host, very appreciated.

The location and the rooms were great! Just minutes form the woods or the city center. So if you want to hit the spa at the top during the day you can easily use the trolley. During the evening it is just a 10min drive away.

We had the 'marine' room with en suite bathroom. We had a good space, comfortable beds, kettle and fridge. The location of the B&B was rural and quiet so we slept very well. Often we stay in very modern, impersonal hotels so it was a pleasure to be in a real B&B where we were treated as actual guests, rather than names on a list. We enjoyed a generous and delicious breakfast every morning and the hosts were welcoming. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Location was great, employees were really friendly, space for work was great and very female solo travelled friendly. I loved the fact that there were seperate storage lockers accessible through your key, this made me leaving my laptop in the room feel very safe. Is a bit of a walk to the inner city center though.

A special place to stay.
We spent a non ordinary weekend at the villa le Vert-Bois. The house has an unique atmosphere, with its gorgeous staircase, with every element of a decor.
The owner is very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the breakfast he made for us every morning was royal.
I definitely recommend, especially for those,who searches for an extraordinary location to stay.
