The property is at a wonderful location in downtown Plovdiv right next to the Roman stadium where you could grab your coffee in the morning. Walking distance to all the stores and attarctions for any tourist. My partner loved the location so much he wanted to purchase a property there. I'll definitely book again!

A perfect location for people using the railway station and the southern coach station of Plovdiv with a calm and fast pedestrian link to the city centre through one of the most beautiful streets of Plovdiv; friendly staff who was eager to make our stay as smooth and pleasant as possible. It is a recently refurbished small building in a historic quarter, simple, safe and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and air-conditioned, Internet was fully reliable.

The location is perfect, so close near the Old town and also by car from the main city centre street. The apartment was very clean and brand new, lovely terrace, also we really appreciated the Daikin air cons in the hot weather. There is a free parking spot which was very handy so you wouldn’t need to think about parking. Overall a perfect and cozy apartment.

The location is perfect. It is a quiet neighborhood, 10min walking distance away from the city center. The property has a private parking lot, which is extremely useful if you are travelling by car.
The apartment has a variety of kitchen appliances, which makes it a suitable place to have dinner, if you are not into going out.
All in all, a great choice for families or friends travelling together, as well as an excellent value for money.

The host, Mitko, is a lovely guy. Really chatty in English and helpful taking time to show on map what is where. Free water in the bar area anytime was nice touch too. Very accommodating. He prepared a really nice, freshly cooked breakfast. Room was spacious and immaculate. Location is perfect, right on edge of old town, free parking outside, 10 min walk to city centre or restaurants.

The hotel is very well decorated, it has an great atmosphere.
Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with high quality products, zero doubt about the freshness.
The staff was more than helpful and very attentive.
The underground Roman ruins visit was the cherry on top.
Location is very close to the city center and the old town, all accessible by foot.
Our only regret is we did not stay longer, this place is a gem.

The apartment is new, cosy and very clean. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet. The location is good and after short walk you will find yourself in the city centre. There is included parking spot. And the host is really friendly and helpful, she prepared for us some welcoming coffee capsules and sweets, which were very nice.

This is a beautiful property at the best location in Plovdiv, with many points of interest around.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
The staff was also nice and friendly.
There is no 24/7 reception, but even though we arrived late, the self-check-in went smoothly.
The Internet functioned very well.
Taxi station just in front.

Brillant stay, even bettter owners. Top-notch communication as well the house itself. Its a pet friendly accommodation. May be the best location in the city, right on Kapana square- close to lots of food, drinks and sights but also quiet.
