AustraliaLocation was excpetioanl - easy walking access to everything. Facilities all high end. Staff amazing. We had a car and thankfully there was a valet service as the front entry to the hotel is a main street and parking is on the footpath. Breakfast was delicious.

OmanWonderful place to stay! Staff are very nice and helpful! At your service day and night. The lake view from the balcony is amazing. Breakfast was absolutely perfect 👌 Public parking just in front of the hotel with charging station for EV vehicles (you will get 30% discount from the hotel for using the parkings) and BP station just few meters away with a shop which you can buy all your daily needs. Bus stop just in front of the hotel and Train station just 5 mins away and with the hotel guest you can use both free of charge to reach out any point in Geneva! Rooms are super clean, big bathroom, 24 hours service.

The apartments are very central. A few minutes walk from the train station (which has excellent links to and from the airport) and also quite close to the lakeside. Restaurants and bars are just outside in the street. Lots of them. The room was also very quiet, despite a city centre location. My room was clean, comfortable, well equipped and had nice quiet air conditioning. I really enjoyed my stay and when I come back to Geneva, I will book here.

The location was v good. Close to airport. Easy access with bus/tram into city centre.
The hotel staff were helpful although did not seem to have many staff working at the desk at any one time.

Lovely hotel. We only stayed for one night but it was comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a good location, easy to get the bus from right outside the hotel, and there's a nice coffee shop just downstairs.
Don't forget to register for the free public transport card - the hotel will send you a link and you just have to download a ticket. This was great for getting to/from the airport and on buses into the city centre.

We need to stay one night to catch the early flight, and the location and the shuttle bus to airport makes the best solution for our situation.
We also managed to have trip to city center with the free public transport given by the hotel. The tram stop is in very closed walking distance

Convenient location — took one bus #23 from the airport directly to the hotel and tram #14 to downtown; bus and tram stop right next to/opposite the hotel. I was welcomed nicely and staff were very helpful whenever I had questions, including lending me an umbrella when it was raining. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was worth the additional cost — a variety of foods and to select from.

We opted not to have breakfast here but could have if we wanted to pay extra for it. Great location a short walk from public tram, which is conveniently just a few stops to get downtown. New hotel, very clean & functional. Really helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Coline at reception is fantastic and an example of very fine customer service, leaving a wonderful first impression. We are returning in a few days to stay another night before our flight out of Geneva airport. We really like it here.

Best location, just few steps from main station. It lets us access all of shops, Starbucks and Coop. We were enjoy traveling to neighbours city e.g. Montreux, Vevey and Lausanne. We also cooked for our lunch and dinner in the room, so we can save a lots.
