Exceptional empathy of the night receptionist (that kind man with glasses). We had an issue on the road and we finally arrived at 1am and departed 3 hours later to get our boat. The kind auditor prepared us a take-away breakfast and we enjoyed every bites of our breakfast

Great location, up a very steep hill so not really walkable into Les Gets but free bus is great. Amazing views. Any queries answered quickly from hosts. Spacious chalet with good kitchen.

We visited in July. Ample car parking and we appreciated the swimming pool. No kettle in the room but friendly staff found one for us. Good location for starting Les Routes des Grande Alpes.

Lovely property, spacious and clean. Bikes can be stored in the basement room. Short uphill ride to the main lift. 2 parking spaces on site. Quiet location. Gemma (host) was really nice and helpful.

Charlotte was exceptionally helpful, booking transfers, advising on things to do and generally being available for all questions. The location is excellent, close to cable cars and the bars and restaurants. Chalet facilities were good. Everything we needed for self-catering and plenty of space. There is a gym attached you can sign up for the week. All facilities clean and tidy. A nice garden area with picnic benches, deckchairs and BBQ’s and a bike wash.

Hotel is relaxed and the staff continue this atmosphere yet are very professional, it is the exact welcome and feeling you want when you’re on vacation.
Rooms are perfect size with good facilities, clean and large bathroom.
Swimming pool is perfect to relax in the afternoon along with the bar and garden space.
Breakfast has numerous options which will satisfy anyone, really tasty and consistently replenished.
Location is perfect for a short walk into town, easy parking.

Location was nice apart from building site next door and view from balcony of 2 cranes and building sites. I am sure in 6 months it will be amazing. Lounge area was nice and large with good seating. Small terrace/deck was best feature.
Very clean apart from having to remove and clean shower waste so it didn’t overflow.

Very comfortable beds. Nicely furnished. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs which was useful. Nice patio area. Quiet location. Overall a great property and we felt very comfortable there and would visit again.
