NetherlandsWe stayed in the penthouse, and it was very spacious and comfortable. We could use the coffee machine, but not the kitchen, which was a surprise. The location is perfect. Right on the lake, and close to the gondola for Madonna del Sasso and Piazza Grande. Walking distance to everything, right in the center of the city. Very beautiful. Good breakfast.

Wonderful owner, extremely helpful and friendly. Very proactive, does her level best to make your stay comfortable and memorable! Well maintained and clean accommodation. Good continental breakfast. Good location with several complimentary parking spaces. Closeby bus stop with frequent access to the city centre, travel time is approximately 20 min. There is also a nearby train station. Manor Supermarket is one bus stop away.

Fantastic location on the lake with stunning views. This hotel has some of the friendliest staff we have ever encountered, they were just lovely. The suits are very well appointed but then this is not a cheap place to stay so they should be. The food in their lake front restaurant was excellent as was the service. Breakfast was superb too. There is an excellent attention to detail for guests throughout the hotel which is a credit to the hard work team behind it. If your thinking of staying in the area then is should be top of your list!

Fantastic location right on the lake. The view from the room and the restaurant is to die for. Close to amenities and city centre. Excellent public transport outside the door. Beautiful pool area which was easy to access and use. Polite helpful staff. Comfortable room and bathroom with good shower (although you will need to get into the bath). My special requests when booking were made without any reminder. Exceptional breakfast.

The view from superior lake view room was exactly the same it was on the pics in booking. Of course better in real. Good quality of food in the restaurant. Quiet area around the hotel. Indoor parking for 18 euro night. Cool location : 20 min by foot to get to the city center or bus number 2 with the stop right next to the hotel

The staff was pretty cool, relaxed, kind, and helpful. The location of the accommodation was 20min walking from Locarno city center, and 10min walking distance from Lago Maggiore.
The breakfast was really good and varied. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

Cousy hotel in the best location in Ascona. Warm personnel. It is highly recomended to get a room with vews over the lake. This makes indeed the difference. Enjoy the small saloons and the library, and also the roof terrace. Shuttle service to the parking very convenient.

The location is perfect. The view is jaw dropping. And there is a normal bus line which can bring you to the city centre (and then back) in 15 mins.
The communication was very welcoming and helpful. The check-in instructions were great.

Excellent stay in the penthouse, better than the pictures which is unusual for a hotel! The terrace was small and cosy, but what a view 🤩 ⛰️ 🥂 Elevator directly into the penthouse was so convenient, and the bean-to-cup coffee machine was fabulous ☕️ Owners were lovely, genuinely cared about their guests, and breakfast was good. Parking was great, location couldn't be better. All in all, it is a very good place to stay 🙌

I booked the apartment the same morning of my stay and everything went incredibly smoothly! The host was only a text message or phone call away and possible concerns were taken seriously and also taken care of right away!
The apartment was very clean and the location is ideal (short bus ride away from the city center and the bus stop is only a 2-minutes-walk from the apartment).
