United StatesThis was a wonderful place to stay. It was spotless clean. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Small, adequate kitchenette space. Really well done.
There are some nice shelves in the bedroom to put belongings and even a small sofa.
Free parking was great (I don't know how it would work when multiple guests are there because the cars line up and you would be boxed in)
If you are arriving by bus this is an ideal location.
We loved it.

United StatesWe liked this comfortable, roomy, and clean hotel. The kitchenette was a plus and I was glad that I had made reservations that included the kitchenette. Again, this is another hotel where check-in is done via the Internet and/or App. This app was easy to download and it worked well. We had a problem with the WiFi in our room that couldn't be fixed quickly so they moved us into a different one down the hall.

It's a beautiful place quite close to Llifen's downtown. Amazing view of the local vegetation, so peaceful and green! The place was so comfy and well equipped. So nice to stay there even so much that you forget to enjoy the outdoors! Really lovely place to come back to rest after exploring the outdoors.

The location is really good and the room is nice. The kitchen is small, but ok to make breakfast etc. All appliances worked well. The staff is really nice and friendly. The instructions how to enter the hotel etc were really good. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures.

Everything! The property was spotless and the view was incredible. You are ON the lake! We had some cold days and nights and Sergio always made sure we had lots of wood and the fire was always on. The house was super warm and incredibly cozy, and has everything you need. It is one of the most beautiful settings we have ever stayed in. I cannot wait to go back and would recommend these cabañas to anyone who is looking for somewhere to stay in Panguipulli. Thank you for everything Sergio and Paola!

The hotel had average score on bookings, but to our surprise it was a straight 10... The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable and very quiet.. the hallway of the hotel and the shower in the room were super cozy for me for some reason... now, the location is not the most beautiful but it is perfect for people who are just passing by. We slept one night here, as we were coming from Villarrica and had to get up early to catch the next bus.

Everything was perfect except for the wifi (bad) and the sandpaper towels (lol). The location is close to everything in the city including 20 minutes walking to the bus terminal station; pretty good commodity of the bed and shower; everything was clean and it has a good space, and lastly, the staff was amazing.
Completely recommended.
