SwitzerlandProperty was very clean, in great location (just 2-3m walk from main part of the city and all great restaurants) and amazing staff. Breakfast was plain and simple but great, always some fresh fruit, yogurt and some eggs with sandwich freshly prepared by the lady.
Carmen who runs the hotel also helped us organize all other trips, there were some small ‘hiccups’ but she managed to resolve everything.

Very good place and location!! Dom Rafael is a very nice and gentil person. It was possible to leave luggage safe with him, travel to another island bringing only one backpack. The Check in was really early why was soo helpful.

Gret location with a super nice view of the bay area from the common area terrace in the 3rd floor. Carlos answers all of your questions in the reception and there is a nice little kitchen if you want to cook something. We had a blast!

Very nice hotel. Small, like home. Rooms are spatious, and nice (not like Hilton, but excellent for the place). Very nice 60" Smart TV. Good shower. Comfortable. Staff is excellent. Thanks, boys!
It's nice to walk around - you can see tortoises walking freely. A bit far from city centre, but taxis pass in front all the time, and you can get one in 5 minutes. Never waited longer in 5 days. Breakfast is good. Simple, but good, with local delicacies, like empanadas.

Lovely pool area, room was basic but all very clean
Location was quiet but only a short walk to the main streets with plenty of bars and restaurants, 10mins. Also 10mins walk from main harbour area for boats. Taxis very reasonable when needed.

The staff were very helpful and kind, and helped us book tours etc. they were very approachable and spoke fluent English.
The location was excellent, 2 mins walk to the harbour, very close to restaurants and cafes etc
The rooms were basic, but very clean with excellent AC. The bed was very big and comfortable.

Great location, super close to the sea front with shops, restaurants and travel agencies. Warm shower, comfy beds and towels provided. Staff are friendly and give good recommendations. Some nice places to relax in evening and good kitchen facilities. Free water and good AC.

Highly recommended place to stay. Very comfortable, quiet and convenient location, excellent and kind hosts. On a quiet street just off the main road. Ten to fifteen minute easy walk to the pier. Plenty of stores nearby. Having Netflix was a really nice feature. Happy to stay here again.

Everything was perfect during our stay, starting from the arrival. Priscilla is very kind and friendly, just like her husband. She described to us how to get from the airport, gave us a map and recommended places to visit. Every morning she cooked breakfast at a convenient time for us. The room was very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The bed is very big and comfortable and a big blanket! This is very cool. The location of the hotel is also excellent - a very quiet and peaceful place. We liked everything.

The hosts were so kind, friendly, and helpful. They made a delicious breakfast each morning. The room was large and clean. The bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable. It was nice to have a small kitchenette with a kettle as well as some dishes, cutlery, and glassware in the room. The shower had hot water and the wifi (satellite) worked 80% of the time. Good location next to a few mini markets and a 15 minute walk into Puerto Ayora.

What a great place to stay! The owner Josy was lovely, kept communication with us before and during the stay. Breakfast was great every morning and she cleaned our room while we were gone during the day. There is drinking water available too. Josy arranged us a taxi to and from the airport and gave local recommendations. Location is right in town, walking distance to everything. Rooms are cute, clean, spacious with amenities. We would definitely stay here again!

Die Location ist very quiet and only a five minute Taxi boat ride too busy downtown.
The boats go back-and-forth 24 hours and cost one dollar. I would always stay on  the side of the bay if you would like some peace.
The owner, Pilar is very friendly and helpful.
I arrived without any tour bookings, and she helped me find good deals. Thank you Pilar.
