At night, the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore creates a calming and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant is a great addition, with a wonderful atmosphere during both lunch and dinner. It's worth noting that there are some stairs at the entrance, which made it difficult to bring our luggage up last time. However, they have now added an elevator, making the hotel more accessible. Everything was on point.

Great location close to the beach, the host was very helpful and quick to reply. Large balcony, coffee machine and everything needed to cook in the kitchen. Good storage and nice bathroom. Had a lovely stay, would recommend!

Great staff help, good roof top pool available, and jacuzzi. Really great location to city centre and easy parking, which was subsidised by the hotel. The room had shower and mediocre air conditioning. Hotel was quiet.

Location was good because it's located in front of the Nice Riquier train station (1 station away from Nice city center) so you can get easily everywhere. However, is still a little far of the city center (25 minutes walk).
It's close to the Marina (10 minutes walk) and has several restaurants, supermarkets and shops around.
Lender is quite nice and helpful in providing information.

Just wow!!! We loved everything about this hotel! From the rooms that are furnished very nicely to the location! Very close to the beach and close to the city Center of st tropez. You have your privacy at this place and most rooms have their own entrance and own little terrace! The area is made with love and from the public terrace you will have a view over the ocean. Such a great Place and we hope to come back as soon as possible!

The location in relation to Plage du Midi and Cannes city centre is excellent.
The flat was clean and tidy.
Kitchen (and flat in general) well equipped. Air cons worked well (one in living room, one in bedroom). Short walk to Aldi and convenience stores.

The hotel is located near to Nice beach, just a few metres away and it is one the best location as it is very near to beach and market. The rooms are very beautiful. All amenities are 5 star. They also have water fountains for free water supply on all floors. Loved my stay and loved the hospitality and facilities.

The reception personal was super friendly and polite, especially Jana! The location is great, only 10 minutes away from the sea and almost in the city center. There is a big kitchen with everything one needs. The rooms, the bathrooms and the area were clean. There is also a nice garden to chill out.

Lovely and stylish villa with beautiful details, furniture and bathtub. Excellent location very close to city center, very convenient and secure parking, silent garden full of green trees. Clémence makes sure guest are happy, secure and have everything they need, very welcoming and charming :)

This was a perfect place to stay. The facilites were excellent. Location fabulous. Driveway entrance a bit narrow but essential to have off street parking in Cannes. Very impressed that the house was thoroughly cleaned half way through our stay with fresh bedding and towels. The swimming pool was very clean and loved by the teenagers.

Perfect location! Right off the promenade des anglais and in a side street away from all the busy restaurants, this is the perfect place to stay in Nice that is budget friendly. The shared kitchen has everything you need and the rooms are quiet spacey. If I had to pick a negative, it would be the small balcony space but that wouldn't stop me from booking again. 10/10 stay, will be back.

Excellent location, clean and tidy, no frills, perfect place to stay and explore the city. Nice little terrace outside, cutlery and crockery available to make a cup of tea or have a takeaway. Large supermarket around the corner and plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area. Beach is 3 min walk.

The spacious well furnished and equipped apartment was the perfect place to stay in Cannes. The apartment is on the sixth floor and has a big surrounding balcony. It has a central location within a walking distance to the magnificent beaches of Cannes, main shopping streets, and restaurants. Our staying experience was enhanced by the excellent manager of the apartment miss Olga Pasteur-Naudier. She is a very kind and co-operative person. She responded promptly to our requests. The check-in and check-out were completed smoothly.

This was a perfect place to stay. We loved the location, the apartment, the building, and the service. It was clean and quiet with fantastic views of the ocean. We could walk to the metro and stores. The value was superb. Will definitely stay there again.
