From the food service to guard they have been the most humble and always with the best smile on their faces. The rooms are spacious and neat. Love and the best experience. Its set in the forest with some fun hiking options. They have a pool of naturalists that guide you on the local fauna. The food options are limited but fine well. They have focused on eco friendly products and reducing wastage. My baby had a medical emergency and the staff was extremely professional and helpful in getting her to the hospital and calming us down. Many thanks to Mr Sherwin, Umesh and Shaji once again from the bottom of my heart.

Hospitality is top notch. All staffs are well trained on how to behave with the guests making the stay extremely smooth. The resort location is the best part. One of the best view of chemra peak. Cozy vibes at every corner. The food is prepared in house keeping taste and hygiene in mind. The breakfast spread was different each day. So it doesn't get boring.

Hospitality of Site Manager Renju is exceptional - loved it. The cottages are in the middle of coffee plantation, just greenery on all sides. One gets to stay within a forest. I trekked to the top of the hills within property together - amazing views and excellent trek. Go for a sunrise - I couldn't see it though due to mist / fog. Dinner is extraordinary - so much delicious food.
