The room looked very new so everything was really nice. Staff was really friendly so we felt really welcomed. Breakfast was also very tasty. There is an elevator. Easy parking.

I can't say enough good things about Nobilis Charme Relais! From the moment you enter the gates, you know you are entering somewhere special. It is located just outside the town of Montepulciano on spacious grounds of an old farmhouse. The staff was very welcoming and went to lengths to make our stay a special one. They arranged dinner plans, winery tours and gave us suggestions of other worthy towns to visit. The breakfast was outstanding and deliciously started off our day of exploring the Val d'Orcia. The views from our room provided more photo opportunities than I'd like to admit, Sunrise over the valley was sacred, the views of the Montepulciano old town on the hill in the afternoon sun was charming, and the night time skies were hard to look away from. The room was rustically Tuscan decorated, yet spacious and modern in every way. We can't wait to come back to see the lavender field they were planting in full bloom. NCR was the best way to end our Italian adventure. We will definitely be going back!

Thank you to our hosts who show great care and pride for their farmstay! The views from the house are beautiful and not done justice in the photos. The house sits on a hilltop which gives you a great view of the mountains and the fields and fields of golden wheat. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was-it almost felt like you had to whisper everywhere you went. Everything was picturesque. We swam in the pool every day. There are at least a dozen restaurants within a 20 minute drive (some are even closer). The breakfast was delicious. Other than the array of Italian cakes, breads, fruits, cheese and meats, they cooked us eggs and made us coffee! We looked forward to it in the mornings. The room were comfortable and clean. We went in late June and temperature was nice in and out of the rooms-Just beware of bugs since it is summer time. The hosts were nice enough to let us use their washer and dryer machine. Thank you!

The property is spectacular. The view from the room was breathtaking. The room was spotless and the service impeccable. It has been the best accommodation we have stayed on this trip. The breakfast is supplied by the cafe a few steps away and is delicious. The staff in the cafe are lovely.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped. It has everything you need. It is close to the Terme di San Filippo. The host was very responsive and videos on how to reach and access the building were shared. Plenty of parking space as well. .
