staying in a garden hotel with best river view from all rooms. best location on the island to visit arte galleries, exhabitions and monuments. Nice restauranr directly opposite in the office building (Ramen in the 2nd floor)

room a bit small but good enough for one person, for two it might be too small. Location is alright 3 subway stop to Umeda(downtown) from Shin-Osaka station which is about 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel. Hotel provides shuttle service to metro practically all day.(except around lunch time )
Staff is very very courteous and helpful although this is standard in Japan (I wish it would be like this everywhere)

This is a perfect place to stay in Osaka. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay! Such a bonus to have a closet, a large fridge, a desk and a washing machine! It’s compact but every thing is clean and works well. Good location too on a quiet street but close to subway.

We loved staying at Hotel Shinsaibashi HILLARYS. Our room was small but quite comfortable, the location—convenient for train access and for walking around downtown but without noise spill into our room—was excellent, and the staff were unfailingly helpful and friendly.

Location is great, near major Namba stations that is linked to many lines and access to places. Near many shopping areas, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba walk, Umeda, etc..Food places are a plenty and and spoilt for choices….great and convenient place to stay at reasonable pricing for 4 adults.

Very good location close to the city centre. The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The check-in process was easy and fast. For first time visitors, the entrance is just a simple gray sliding door, a bit hard to notice at first as it has no flashy text to show you that it is a hotel. This is not a problem but we looked around for a bit before finding it.

Best location. In the center of Nippombashi. Easy to walk to Shin-sekai, Kuromon Ichiba, Namba, or Den Den Town Ota Road. I enjoy shopping plamodel figure, random some gashapon and it easy to put them back to my room then go out again. Staff-san also very kind. They don't hesitate to take care our luggages when we want to go to Kobe for 1 night or after we checked-out. I would definitely choose this hotel again. And would recommend for other too.
