Clean. room has balcony where you can smoke. There 7 eleven in 50meter. For historical center 15 mins by taxi. Reception not 24 hours as I understand and at night, there nice security opening door if you call.

The biggest pro about this hotel is its location—very close to everything, walking distance from two malls to have a meal / fulfil the shopping needs if necessary, very accessible from the city centre and tourists spots. It’s also very secured and feels safe! Wonderful stay, would recommend it to anyone.

Good location they have a 7 eleven just outside the hotel.Very close to the massage salon, malls, important parts of the city center. Very busy streets in the night but quite safe to travel in this area. Hood communication with staf they are very helpful and they want to please the guests.

It was a comfortable place to stay with my family. The location is close to the malls, convenience stores, restaurants, grocery stores, and a laundromat. Princess is also very accommodating and responsive which gives you assurance and peace of mind. Overall, this place is wonderful for travellers who want to stay in Makati for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

This is our go to place to stay. One bedroom suite with kitchen, laundary and spacious living. Perfect location near malls, restaurants and access North and South. The staff (especially Jerry and Christian) are friendly and wonderfully accommodating. Great little spa, gym and kids area too

Our second stay was even more gorgeous. We received an free upgrade. The staff were really helpful and just did everything perfect. The location is near a party street, which increases the availability of nearby taxis.
I recommend the in-house icecream! It was really tasty.
