The windows closed well, reducing outside noise.
The washing machine and kitchenette were life saviours.
Staff were welcoming and very helpful.
Family friendly.
Housekeeping team were efficient, cleaning the room whenever we left.
Breakfast was excellent and well presented.
Facilities were quite good, with a well equipped gym.
For Alanya, location is excellent, a couple of minutes' walk away from a nice sandy beach.
Generally peaceful and quiet.

The best location in the saray erea. Good apart hotel with big rooms, good kitchen , living room and 2 singel bed. Viws is Nice. Quiet and peaceful area.
Got a hugh pool.

We were stayin in the end of October. It wasn't very busy. The room was very clean and the hotel is in a great location, few minutes from the city center. Breakfast was nice, but the biggest plus was the staff. 2 Young boys working on the reception (morning and night) you were always welcoming and smiling. Good service goes a long way.
I can't remember the boys name, something with "S", who was working in the day shift. My daughter was always so happy whenever she saw him.
I would really recommend this place

Hotel is very nice, great location in the city center and vicinity of Kleopatra beach. Would recommend it to anyone, more than great value for the money. Food is magnificent, every day, we were looking forward to having lunch or dinner at the hotel :)

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights - all inclusive. Very good location - hotel right on the beach and approx. 20min. walk to the city center.
Sunbed and umbrella free of charge.
Helpful and friendly staff - especially the chef Mehmet and the young receptionist. Every evening a program until 11pm. Pretty good selection of food, but small choice of fruits. (No bananas, kiwis, avocados,papaya’s ….) Amount of bottled water every day.

Fantastic location, 4 mins walk from the beach which is very nice, and not far from the city center so it's nice to walk around and not only stay on the beach. The hotel is rather clean, rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfasts were quite good.

Location was amazing - across the road from the beach and not far from the downtown area. The AC in the room was awesome (luckily because the weather was scorching) and the balcony had a sea view. Breakfast was ok.

Everyone is very kind from the staff, the cooks, the guy from reception, the maids in the kitchen. Those two ladies are always smiling and do a great job. Salute to the bartender who pours the best beer and Pepsi.
The meals were varied. There were many bad comments about the food, but we were positively surprised because the menu was more than excellent.
Excellent place and location, if you don't mind the mosque. Kleopatra Beach is close, as is the city center. We would like to visit the hotel again only with a different view.

Great Location with a private beach and in a walking distance from the city center. Although not too diverse the food is very good . Staff is very professional. All the facility are clean and the entertainment is pretty good as well. Considering the price per night it was overall fabulous.

We stayed in this hotel for the second time. Everything went very well, just like the first time. The cleanliness was excellent, the staff as always smiling and helpful. The pool was just renovated and clean. The room was equipped with everything needed for a long stay. Last year, I wrote a review about the weak WI-FI wave, which was taken into account and removed. The WI-FI signal was very good throughout the Hotel area. I value the fact that the location of the place is close to the city center as an additional advantage.
