It was a perfect place to stay at. Located in the old town with walking distance to what we wanted to do. Free parking, a big and nice apartment and a cuban restaurant on the ground floor which wad great for breakfast.

We had a fantastic 3 night stay in one of the premium cottages. It’s a great location, calm and very relaxed. We loved the atmosphere, the cottage was very well equipped and had an amazing comfortable bed (the best of our 4 stops whilst travelling).
Free kayaks and paddle boards whenever you want to get out on the water.
Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we’d recommend as a great place to stay and explore from and we’d certainly come back if in the area.

Lovely hotel and grounds. The restaurant was only okay. And the location was unexpected--basically next door to a Home Depot, however it was an easy shuttle or cab into old town. And honestly, I'd prefer to stay a little outside of the downtown which was a little wild.

Stayed here a few months ago and loved it. Brought my Mom down to celebrate her birthday and it was fantastic. Rooms are clean, location is amazing, staff is professional and friendly. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Key West.

1 it's priced well
2. It has everything you need fridge, its clean, small but that's a good thing you won't lose anything. Has its own private beach, and the guy up front (maybe he owns it, I dont know was beyond friendly like post covid friendly).

Beautiful place to stay, room was clean and spacious. There was no added fees to the price unlike many other places we looked at. No parking but there is paid just over the road.
Location is great, friendly bar close by but no noise once you close your door and just a 5 minute walk to Duval Street.
Staff are helpful and friendly - Alexis was great and very welcoming.
We would definitely stay here again
